We moved into a home recently that had been "cleaned" by this service. The place was filthy, with dried ketchup in cabinets and outlets in the kitchen, dirty cabinets throughout, chewing gum stuck to wall upstairs, lego toys all in corners of carpet, dust on every surface, dirty sinks and walls not wiped down and extremely dirty throughout. Toilets not even touched. They also do not clean windows, which is the first time I have encountered a service that does a move out cleaning but doesn't touch windows. I could go on and on and I wish I could add pictures because the proof is in that. I will never hire this "cleaning" crew EVER. Oh and the wood floors were not cleaned. After a stressful move, my husband retiring from the military and taking on a new career, my twins graduating and both going to basic training, I really did not expect to or want to clean a home that I just moved into. They offered to come back but we declined simply because their standard has been set and since the lady feels that 4 hours for a 3000 square foot home is ample time to get it move in ready tells me the bar is extremely low, and I can do a better job. I suggest hiring them with these things in mind. I will hire elsewhere and while I did not pay for this service because we were moving in, someone did and I would be upset if it were me. The only good note is that the two ladies arrived on time for us to show them the filth their team did not clean up and they were cordial and polite to us, not really apologetic though.

We have used Regal Maids for a few years now. We have a fairly small job site for them, and they were the only company which would take on so small of a job. They are diligent and thorough and always call ahead to confirm their arrival. I was on site the first time they came in and was amazed at how fast and organized they were! In and out in a very short time! They never skip any of the details. I would highly recommend them!

We've used Regal Maids for the last 10yrs and that should speak volumes! Other cleaning services just don't compare. The ladies are wonderful, office staff is fantastic, polite, and professional. I highly recommend Regal Maids! Oh....and Regal Window Cleaning service as well. They've rescreened and cleaned my windows a few time. Very reasonably priced, professional, and WOW what a difference!! (User: Alex Richards is my son and I have no clue what he has done with my Google login :0).

Regal Maids first attracted me because of their name, which I saw in an ad many years ago. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years now. Their crews are reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. Every attention is paid to detail, and I request the same crew so they are familiar with my likes and dislikes. The pricing is extremely reasonable for a job well done. If you need a cleaning for a special event, or need to cancel because something unexpected came up, they are very accommodating. Their owner(s) are outstanding, and personally came to give me an estimate many years ago... and I will remain a fan!

I had a bad experience with their service. Their first initial cleaning was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Crew came in, had no idea of what type of cleaning they had to do, did a mediocre job with routine cleaning in a matter of few hours, left and still charged me for the deep cleaning fee. It took me about six months of calling them to explain it over and over until they figured it out. If they took care of the issue immediately I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but, the long drawn out process of me calling and explaining, them still sending me letters with the original amount, and having one of the neighbors in my community who happened to be a friend of the owner hand deliver the same letter was unprofessional.

we paid $350 dollars for deep cleaning for them to do a very superficial cleaning, even the furniture was not even wiped nicely, sofas were not wiped( saying we don't have leather cleaning supplies). I called and left text messages, noone replied, but when I sent the text message with pictures and said that I will write a review about their service, she called right away, offered 2 hours free but it wasn't worth, they are just a very unprofessional lazy cleaners.

I have used Regal Maids for 3 years now, starting every other month initially and now every other week. I always come home to a spotless house, and consider them my “cleaning angels.” I’ve referred them to several friends who are equally pleased.
