The team today, lead by Jessica, and including Adelaida did a very thorough job - even more comprehensive than usual. To start, the Team Lead reviewed everything on the list to make sure nothing was missed. She then supervised the other two ladies while also cleaning the kitchen herself. My Father-in-law's home is almost 2700 sq ft and the ladies were prompt, timely and just "got it done" without any time wasted. From wiping down picture frames, dusting and polishing chrome in the 3 bathrooms, they did a fabulous job. Thank you - you do it so I don't have to!

I will never use them ever again. I was told to clean a whole house to move out that it would cost me $250-$300 so I chose them because I thought that was a fair price. Then a day before they were scheduled, I called to verify they were good to go and would still be coming and to see what time. They couldn't even find me in their system, which really concerned me. Eventually they found me and we got everything squared away. I was sent a credit card authorization form to fill out to which I SPECIFICALLY stated, on more than 1 occasion, that I wanted to pay with a check because I wanted to avoid to convenience fee. I also showed concern because when I initially hired them the person never mentioned that they charged per hour. She only stated the fixed rate of $250-300. I went ahead and stated I wanted the crew to finish but to please send me the invoice. Ana stated she was going to but never did. So I was very upset the next day when I checked my acct to find the money debited from my acct. She failed to tell me if they didn't receive payment that day that they would debit the acct. The invoice I wanted so I could see how much would be coming out as our finances are strictly monitored and budgeted each week. I will NEVER use them ever again. Poor communication skills and clearly terrible management skills being as they couldn't even find me initially.

Team 12, Katrice and Glenda, go beyond most cleaning services! They dust up cobwebs on my 10’ ceilings, tops of picture frames and straighten pictures afterwards, and mop under rugs. They are cheerful and detail oriented. My Husband’s asthma is definitely less irritated after they clean!

Requested that Molly Maid clean a small house my pregnant daughter was moving into. They left a blank invoice with $285 charge. I called to inquire what the amount covered and was told it was “Pink Glove Cleaning” and 3 hours of service by two people. Just to be clear, this home is less than 1000 square feet, left in good condition by previous tenant, completely empty (except a small table and four chairs) so no furniture to vacuum or polish, two bedroom with no furniture so no linens to change or straighten, one bath with a tiny vanity without a counter, no trash cans to empty, wood floors, no window treatments, no carpet, nothing but a couple of light fixtures, no toilet paper or Kleenex to make into a fan, AND somehow the cleaning team lost the key. This cleaning was not a “pink glove cleaning” because half of what was on the brochure didn’t even exist in the home. I have trusted Molly Maid for years to clean my home for a reasonable price and thought I could trust Molly Maid to do the same for my daughter. The supervisor insisted the team was there for three hours. I’m not sure what they were doing but it’s impossible that they were cleaning the entire time. I spoke with the supervisor who was defensive during the entire call. Never offered any type of reconsideration and apparently would rather lose a regular customer than adjust a ridiculous service fee. I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone after this experience.
