We've used Molly Maid services on a monthly basis for quite some time now, and we've always been very pleased. They show great attention to detail, leave countertops, surfaces and floors gleaming and even make the effort to try to place knickknacks back to their original position as much as possible.They also do a fabulous job on our bathrooms - tub, shower, etc. are sparkling when they've finished. The team who works on our house is also very polite and respectful, another thing we appreciate. I actually view the day they come to clean as one of my favorite days of the month, that's how much our spotless home lifts my spirits! I definitely recommend them!

THIS IS FOR THE EAST LOCATION. If I could leave less than 1 star I would have. This wife and husband owners are more worried about their "territory" and being rude than taking care of customers. With no availability, they would not allow their neighboring company (the NW location) to perform a last minute, 1-time service for my 8,100 sq foot home. I also received a called from the NW location apologizing and letting me know that they said no. The East location did not even bother to call me back!! I have called corporate to complain and they were mortified. They believe that neighboring locations can and should play nice with each other. OBVIOUSLY! What they do not understand is that we would have been happy to switch over to the East location after this one time cleaning.... but the way this was handled... we will NEVER use them. And I will go out of my way to make sure anyone living in the Bexley area will not use them and if they are, will recommend that they switch. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO SELFISHNESS. YUUUUCCKKKKKK

I have 6 kids and a Great Pyrenees dog and hired Molly Maid to do a deep clean. We could keep up on regular cleaning but extra cleaning - baseboards; tubs; cobwebs - was just never getting done. The two ladies did a great job and we love how clean our house feels. Really inspired me to get the kids to stop leaving their stuff everywhere and messing up my house!!! The office manager also stopped in the make sure things were going well.

Our new home needed a top-to-bottom cleaning before we could move in; after seeing the oodles of 5-star reviews on Google, I called Molly Maid. Although I would have preferred a true online scheduling tool, and the person I talked to at the office was not super great as a customer service rep, the actual maids were FANTASTIC!!! Akira and Randi took care of our new home, going above and beyond our expectations. They thought of things like cleaning the ceiling fans that I would have otherwise forgotten, and took special care to clean up the former owners' pet hair in all the nooks and crannies of the residence. I won't hesitate to work with Akira and Randi again in the future - they are excellent!!!

My sister suggested reaching out to Molly Maid and it was the best decision ever. My Wife and I hired molly maid east to do a spring cleaning we wanted corners and base broads done, bathrooms done good, and all the hard to get to areas that are not normally done. When they left (15 mins early and a 10 min smoke break) I found that they never touched the base broads and did not dust the fireplace mantel hand prints still on the light switches and cobwebs still in the corners and furniture not dusted one bed room was only swept and soap scum still on shower doors called company they came back out and give my wife an attitude went she ask them to clean what they did not do they said they were not aloud to move anything to clean. VERY POOR JOB $300 wasted
