I worked for them. Broken or very worn out equipment. Asked for new equipment... didn’t get any. Expected to be in and out of a house in an unrealistic amount of time. Really frustrating having to redo other employees misses and the things they just didn’t do. Wouldn’t ever work for them again. They do however have one excellent cleaner. Her name is Betty. She gets the job done right the first time.

Yesterday was my first experience with Merry Maids. I am so glad that I started this service. We moved into a new (old) home a few weeks ago that needed a good cleaning. Merry Maids in Warrenton, VA have been doing a fabulous job cleaning our home. The ladies are very polite and sweet and truly take pride in their work. We have been extremely pleased with how nice they have taken care of our home cleaning the bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, and caring for our floors, dusting, cleaning windows, and just doing the nicest job making our home clean and beautiful. Merry Maids have cleaned our house for over 15 years. They do a great job. If there is ever a problem I call and it is fixed the same day. (And in 15 years that has only been a few times!) Will, the manager of Merry maids in Warrenton is wonderful to talk to and very accommodating to me if I need to change my cleaning day. His staff is courteous and even sent me a get well card when I was ill. They have gone above and beyond for me. And the fact that they are licensed and insured mean a lot. That was a must when we were searching for house cleaners. The maids are honest and have never broken or stolen anything. I trust them in my home and that is saying a lot!
