I love this cleaning service! My husband treated me to their service during the last month of my pregnancy and the first few months with my newborn. Once I went back to work, we were addicted! We love having our house cleaned professionally and only have to vacuum up dog hair occasionally. Everything else, toilets, showers, sinks, windows, bathtubs and our sheets are taken care of by the Merry Maids. They have taken such great care of our new wood floors that I never want to try my hand at cleaning them again! They have even gone above and beyond my expectations by emptying out our ever-full diaper pail and washing dirty dishes in my sink. We always thought a cleaning service would be a one-time luxury, but now it is a necessity!

Please stay away from this franchise of Merry Maids. Our experience with them was absolutely horrible. They are overpriced and clean with a dirty rag. They leave dirt and dust floating on top of dog’s water bowl, they ignore full trash cans, they don’t wipe the lid of a trash can, they are so ignorant that they don’t know where the “backsplash behind the kitchen sink” is. The list is so very long. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Merry Maids helps me keep my apartment shining. As a college student, I need help keeping up with things, especially having pets. Sharon and her team are professional, thorough and very honest. It is a pleasure to work with them.

I have two testimonies of praise for Merry Maids. The first is just for my regular house cleaning. I always know that when I come home after work my house was always clean. I don't know the details of their systematic way but they never miss cleaning an area of the house. I have never been disappointed over the past seven years of service. My second testimony is when they cleaned my son's townhome he shared with two other young men after they moved out. They lived there three years and I was concerned I would not get my full deposit back. Merry Maids did such an awesome job that I did get my full deposit. I couldn't be happier with their services.

Overcharged without notice, refused a refund. Very poor job and I'm going to make sure a lot of people know never to go through this company. My Townhome was not in perfect condition when I moved in from the previous tennant so that's why I decided to call merry maids who promised a thorough clean. I did not receive that and I was overcharged. Very poor business.

Deciding to use Merry Maids has been the best decision. It is like cleaning fairies come to my house every other week. It's like they were never there, only my home is clean! It is such a relief to not have to spend what little time I have off from work cleaning so I can spend that precious time with my daughter. The cost is a little expensive but it is money well spent.

Did not do an adequate job of cleaning the first time. They came for another hour saying it was free of charge due to missing certain areas that was initially agreed upon, but they tried to charge us for that hour. Wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Great staff. Ladies did a thorough job and exactly what I wanted. Products seemed to work, but I think those ladies' elbow grease was the biggest cleaner. Sharon, the owner, gave me a list of people she recommended for help since I was new to the area, and she even told me what some of the plants in my yard were. Very helpful people.
