The person servicing my home kept changing the time schedule, and I even had to cancel an a6because she was so late. As far as cleaning. I was told that one room each time would be deep cleaned. I never saw that service.

I have had a great experience with this service. Who doesn't love coming home to a clean house, right? It always smells so nice and they even vacuum the couches!

Awful. Sent 2 maid, 1 knew what she was doing but the other complained the entire time about how this was a temporary position, not what she wanted to do, etc. Quality of work really showed too. I think the house was dirtier with smudges, halfhearted cleaning of counters and floors. You would be better off lighting your money on fire - at least that way you get some heat from it.

I like that you bring your own cleaning supplies and that all your employees have background checks. That is so important for peace of mind. Also knowing that anything broken is insured!

We were very pleased. Three ladies arrived at 4:30. We expected them at 12:00. They did an excellent job. My only complaint is I don’t speak Spanish and non of them spoke English.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the initial visit with Lindsey, to the first deep-clean, to being very patient when I’ve had to change my schedule, to today’s cleaning with Elena, I have been very satisfied. They are a little bit more expensive than some other companies I’ve hired, but it’s clear that little bit more is going toward staff training. I’m a clean-freak and somewhat of a perfectionist, and so far, this company is very up to the challenge. Thanks, Merry Maids!

I have never used a cleaning service before and they left my home looking so clean and shinny. I've always done the cleaning in my home but I have company coming over and thought of Merry Maids. I was just so impressed, I don't think my house has ever been so clean I will definitely be calling them again :)

Absolutely Fantastic! I used Merry Maids for a move out clean. The ladies that cleaned my home did an amazing job! They were professional and courteous! I even received a compliment about how clean the home looked during my final move out walk through with the property management. Highly recommend!

I only did a one time clean, and they charged $100 per hour, and they only sent one person but overall I think it took 4 hours and my home looked amazing!

Very inconsistent. I had some great cleaners and some that didn’t do a good job at all. I had to recall my initial cleaning because it was not well done. Communication is inconsistent as well. I communicated with the office exactly what we wanted done but that was never communicated with the cleaning teams. Each time someone came to clean I had to explain what was needed. Sometimes they understood but other times they did not which led to a longer cleaning time, because I had to stop them in the middle of what I said not to do. One team even argued about what they were doing in front of me. Seemed they didn’t work well together... Overall I was not impressed.

I would like to say that the level of cleaning you receive depends on the team they send you. I've had three different teams: a hispanic team, women team, and a team that did not show up. Best team was by far the two women, I did not have to show them what dust looked like. Now I did sleep late one morning (shift worker) they had to call me to wake me up for sevices and somehow my schedule got skewed so I missed a day...that's on me. I cancelled one cleaning and called to get it rescheduled only for noone to show up on the day. So I called to find out what happened and was told I wasn't in the system. Here's what everyone needs to know as I had just found out. The Leesburg and Fairfax Merry Maids share phone services. So when you call and it rings more than 3 or 4 times the other office picks up. That's the problem because whoever you talk to may not input or schedule your dates correctly as I found out. The hispanic team was my constant team for a minute but I paid the extra money to have the baseboards cleaned as it was the first cleaning. After the way they cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, I thought they were great. Then I looked at the baseboards and stairs and yeah had to have them come back and clean again. You would think that would be it right...Nope...they ask you if everything is to your satisfaction when they are done...which I like. Why then do I have to show you what dust looks like on my dark wood stairs when it's plain as day. Finally I cancelled after a new team was suppose to come out as I was the first on the list. I called at 0905 to confirm I was on that day after the week before no show. It's now going on after 10 and no one is here...mind you I took off this morning like the previous monday. So I called back yet again asking where the cleaning team is...I was told she was lost and would be there in 5 minutes. Well as you probably guessed it...she still hadn't found her way and was still lost apparently. Needless to say I cancelled and you would think someone would call, give an apology, or something to keep my business but oh well.

I received my cleaning as a gift and I'm sold! (life changer) I came home and the entire house was clean and smelt so fresh! I can not wait till me next visit!!!!
