Horrible customer service. Unprofessional, unfriendly, snooty all together. My goodness, why doesn't she/Melissa just say, "I'm not willing to be kind at all"? right from the start. I wouldn't even waste one minute and would hung up at Hello!!!! Obviously the company has no intention on growing. BAD taste in my mouth.

After multiple weeks of poor cleaning where I had to remind cleaners every week of little things (that should be in their repertoire) and where they would miss whole rooms. I should have stopped the cleaners from coming sooner, but I am big into giving people a chance to correct their mistakes. Finally, I spoke to the manager, Melissa, to see if I could remedy the problem. She told me that she could tell the cleaners to "clean better." I told her that I didn't think that would actually solve the issue since they cleaned nicely where they cleaned, it was just forgetting to clean things. She asked me how I thought she should handle it. I suggested she send the same people out every week. She said this wasn't possible. I then suggested she offer me a discount or a free cleaning. She said that wasn't possible either. I thought a cleaning service would have a better costumer service policy. I would not recommend them.

Always nice to come home to a clean house. I use Merry Maid once a month for some extra cleaning than I normally do and I'm always happy with the kitchen and the floors especially.

Would not recommend. You are better off hiring someone for a full day and pay them hourly and you would get a better clean and build a better relationship. After the $300 up front "thorough cleaning" I had to re-clean pretty much everything because they used toxic oven cleaner everywhere! The thorough cleaning only took them about 2 hours . I had to call to have them come back. They did a poor job the second time and I had to call again to get a different group to come back out. The replacements were better, but the cleaning service did not meet the quality I expect for the price they set. They don't move anything and I generally had to go behind them after they cleaned to get the spots they missed. I shouldn't have to do that when I hire a cleaning service.

I was highly disappointed with the job done for the money I paid. I paid $180 for a one bedroom/one bath apartment and they were there for less than 45 minutes. They didn’t move any furniture and I spent twenty minutes cleaning after them. I hired them to get rid of the dust and hair before I had friends in from out of town and there was dust and hair everywhere when they left.

When we have needed to reschedule an appointment they work with us to make the change in a seamless and pleasant manner. I schedule once monthly times for a year at a time. I have never had such a "Wow" experience. When I first bought my house in 2015, I was told that a professional cleaning service had deemed the bright red nail-polish-looking spills in my bathtub (???) un-removable. I myself tried nail polish remover and bleach with no success. This week I hired Merry Maids for the first time to do an overall cleaning and was completely floored to come home to not only an immaculate home, but also a completely intact bathtub, free from marks. I could not be more satisfied with the service and would recommend them without reservation.

Disappointing. I was charged for a thorough first time cleaning, and it was anything but thorough. I had to ask them to come back to fix some undone tasks, and the second visit wasn't any better than the first, the items were STILL not done.
