Don't use them they are horrible and can't clean. Rushed service, oven knob open that had metal cover caused to burn my left hand and allot more.

Really recommend but the reason for only giving 3 stars is because of how much the maids get paid. It’s really unfair that they get paid less than $100 per day when they have to clean 4-7 houses PER DAY. Cleaning is really not an easy job especially if the houses are really dirty. This should change and they should get paid ATLEAST $100 minimum. Especially since the cost for cleaning one house is high. Also for those of you complaining about how it’s a “rushed service” keep in mind that your house is not the only one they clean per day and they have lives to live and can’t spend 5 hours cleaning your just your house.

Please double check their cleaning AFTERWARDS!!! We didn’t so shame on us. We moved to a different city so we arranged for cleaning and we left the property unlocked. When the cleaners arrived, the water was turned off so my husband delivered 10 gallons of water. The ladies (one senior and the other pregnant) said that should be plenty to clean bathrooms, microwave, walls, baseboards, etc. if not, we would bring more. Arow was in charge (the Falls Church branch) and reviewed the ladies work. She said “they could have done better”, but I understood due to the water issue. We went back to the home 2 weeks later to get our deposit and I was horrified at the awful cleaning job!!! They did NOT clean the walls, baseboards or microwave!!!! They cleaned one bathroom and mopped the floors. They didn’t do windows or sweep,etc.. So what did they do for 3.5 hours??? For $288 dollars it was a rip off. Never again will I use them nor, recommend their services. We are now cleaning up the home we paid them to do. Perhaps 4 ladies would have work instead of one older lady and a pregnant one. My husband is upset as we are now spending our weekend cleaning. PLEASE VERIFY THEIR WORK if you choose to use this company.
