I had been with MaidPro for about 4-5 years and loved their service. Then over a year ago I was so busy traveling that I let it slip. Unfortunately my home became somewhat cluttered and untidy. I finally got it picked up and cleaned or so I thought. Had MaidPro come out and was so happy to see Maria at the door. Maria is wonderful and does such a professional job. How she gets my glass top stove clean from the burned on grease when I can't is a mystery to me, but it's wonderful. You walk into the house after she has cleaned and it smells clean and is clean. It's a true joy. I hope to have Maria come back each time. She's marvelous and so very nice and friendly. I can't say enough about MaidPro, they are fantastic!!!!!

MaidPro is a great service for a busy professional. Every other week I come home to a spotless kitchen, made bed with fresh sheets, and new toilet paper folded like I'm at a hotel. The feeling of a clean home is so welcoming and definitely worth the price. They call before showing up each time and I get excited. I even try to entertain guests a day or two after because I know my house will be looking great. Edilma is my "usual" maid however on occasion I'll get someone different or sometimes she'll have a partner. They let themselves in while I work and never have I had to worry about my valuables since they always lock up when they leave and after over a year of service I've never had a single thing misplaced let alone go missing. If only they cooked and did laundry my life would be complete.

Maid Pro is fabulous!! I'm OCD, which is an understatement. My husband refuses to clean because I go look at his work afterwords and redo the job. I don't mean to be rude, it just needs to look a certain way for me. Maid Pro does that, especially Lisa!! She is fabulous!! She's thorough, hard working, has fabulous attention to detail, is kind to myself and especially my children and all around astounding. Preston in the office is absolutely awesome!! The owner is very kind and very giving of his time trying to make the customer happy. They use very gentle cleaners and Mircofiber towels on all surfaces, so if you're wanting a shiny pledge clean you'll have to get that pre-approved with them. They do everything safe for pets and kids, so if you want gentle, safe cleaners you'll love them. It's not quite the cleaning service I was looking for, but they are very nice and did do some nice Special touches. They did do an awesome job scrubbing the toilets that were stained from previous renters. They're a new company, so keep in mind they are still getting their experience and efficiency down.

Ashley and Preston worked incredibly hard on my mom’s house. Helping my family get the house sanitized for my brothers return home from the hospital after open heart surgery. Ashley arrived on time at 11 AM sharp and cleaned and scrubbed until 4:30 PM. Preston even jumped in and to help Ashley! I used MaidPro Woodbridge for several months. The housekeeping staff was always quick and friendly. They did a decent job for a decent rate. My issue and the reason why I will never use them again is their continual inability to schedule an accurate or consistent appointment time. I am not a stay-at-home wife or mom. I do not work from home. I have to schedule this type of service around work. I ask for the same day, the same time slot (afternoon), and someone who can understand English -- that's all I ask! Not only could they NEVER confirm what time they would arrive, which was frustrating enough, but even though they've been showing up in the early afternoon the last three or four times (I thought they finally heard me after two or three irate phone calls), they just showed up at my doorstep at 9 a.m. I was on a conference call and did not/could not answer. NO! This is not professional. Not only that -- when I called to cancel all service with them henceforth, I wasn't even asked why. The lady just said, "Ok, thank you." Great business sense and customer service right there. LEARN TO SCHEDULE and to COMMUNICATE that schedule with your clients. I told your staff REPEATEDLY that I didn't care if I needed to move to mornings but that I NEEDED to know ahead of time. And nothing. There are too many good housekeeping services in the area to waste another minute on this one.

I can't recommend this company enough, after my first deep clean experience with them. Brianne, Shanda, and Cole came to kick off my service with MaidPro and I'm very satisfied (thrilled might be a better word) with the service! They were very kind and considerate as I worked from home while they were cleaning. They were funny and clearly enjoyed working together. They did a GREAT job cleaning and I was beyond happy with how everything turned out. There were little touches that made their service unique - they left fancy folded towels in the bathroom, they folded the toilet paper, they left chocolate mints in my kitchen, and they arranged my kids' stuffed animals in fun ways for them to discover after school. My son was so excited to see Elmo propped up on his bed, wearing sunglasses and "reading" a book. Those little touches really set this team apart, on top of the fantastically clean house I have enjoyed all day. I look forward to having them back on a regular basis in a few weeks!

We had MaidPro clean our house for the first time today. Britney, Aspen, and Robin did a great job and the house smells so nice. I was especially impressed how to they got the hard water stains off our sinks and showers, and how clean the dark laminate floors look. We have a dog and a 2-year old - no problems with having the dog around and they tidied up all the kid's toys and books nicely. We will definitely continue using MaidPro on a biweekly basis going forward.

we had maidpro over to clean our house today as a mother's day gift, and when they left, i found about 10-12 of what appear to be black carpet beetles on our kitchen floors and counters, and in the bathroom. it will be hard to find them in the carpet, but i'm sure they are there as well. we have never had any pest issues before. we have 4 kids under 5 years, and i'm livid about the prospect of having to spray my house with poison because the maid service brought bugs in the house. also, while searching the kitchen floor for more bugs, i found they didn't do a good job mopping. don't use them.

MaidPro Woodbridge does a wonderful job in a 360-degree kind of way. The cleaning is thorough. The front-line associates who come to house are courteous and efficient. The customer service from the office is superb. I was dissatisfied with my previous service. But I cannot say enough good things about MaidPro. They are indeed professionals and go above and beyond other businesses in this crowded market to make sure the customer is satisfied. What I like also is that they are proactive, and will address problem areas in the house even when I forget to point them out. Not impressed. It took the two girls an hour longer than quoted, and then they complained about having to clean the floors on the main level, which had been included in the original 4-hour quote. I don't speak Spanish, but the two were chit-chatting the ENTIRE time, and one kept making phone calls. After they left and I began a more thorough inspection of the house, I found cob webs above lamps, dog hair beneath couch pillows, two counters had spots, and the kitchen floor beneath the desk had been uncleaned. They even knocked down my bedroom blinds and left them on the bed. Still waiting to hear back from the manager...

I had to clean my house after the maid cleaned my house. They did not do anything that I was told they were going to do. I was told that windows would be washed which they were not, floors would be clean which they were still dirty and I had to re clean and they don't clean up after pets which would've been nice to know before hand. My shower walls were not cleaned and the class either. I also have microfiber chairs that were not vacuumed off so they are completely filthy and windowsills I was told that would be cleaned that were not cleaned. They did a simple surface cleaning and didn't even do a good job at that.

I get my bathrooms done once a month by Maid Pro. I've had several different cleaners and they have all been fantastic. Lexie came last Friday and she did a great job with a few small extra touches that were a huge help. The rate is super reasonable and I can even throw in one-time cleans like my refrigerator or my oven. Will use them for as long as I can!

I had them come today to do some deep cleaning (we are getting ready to sell the house), Lisa (our Pro) was on time, communicated very clearly and paid close attention to what I wanted done. She was thorough, timely and paid attention to detail. We ran some errands while she worked and came back to a sparkling clean house that smelled AMAZING! There was even a cute folded design on my paper towel holder! Earlier this month I called for a quote, it was given over the phone vs needing to schedule a walk through, I loved this and was surprised how reasonable the cost is. I scheduled my first deep clean and reoccuring cleanings. Day 1, Britney and Lisa showed up and got to work as I stumbled through my pile of papers. As someone that has never had help before, I was so greatful for their rescue.
