Excellent customer service and the quality of cleaning was great. The whole process of getting an estimate to scheduling an appointment and providing payment was done entirely online and I didn't even have to call or speak with anyone. The two girls who showed up, albeit about 15 minutes late, were very friendly and responsive and did a great job specially in the bathrooms and the kitchen. I have 2 dogs who shed a lot of hair and so I had purchased what they call a Deep Cleaning. In about 2 hours my 2 bedroom apartment was spotless---the baseboards and all surfaces had been wiped down by hand and most of the hair and dust was gone. They even made my bed which was a pleasant surprise. I am definitely thinking of signing up for a monthly service.

Would not recommend due to lack of completion of services and lack of customer service in regards to lack of completion. I gave a star for ease of setting up appointment/arriving on time and another for doing a basic cleaning for less than an hour. Considering that I paid for a first-time deep cleaning for $120 for 2.5 bathrooms and there's still toothpaste on the cabinet fronts, I'm disappointed more so about the lack of response to this complaint. They offered repeat cleanings for $70.

This company is great to work with! They deliver exactly what they promise. The employees always arrive on time; they are very professional and do a fantastic job! They are also consistent and ensure that my house looks the way it would if I had done the job myself! I also really love that I can book my appointments online. These folks really know what they are doing. With all the maid services in this area, they have stuck out to me and I recommend them to everyone! You won't be sorry!

The team who cleans our house is fantastic and does a great job! The team is efficient, pays attention to details, and everyone has been super nice! Maid to Please also makes it easy to get in touch with the scheduler/manager, which makes it super convenient (and pleasant), especially when we need to change a date or add a service. We have recommended them to several neighbors. They have drastically improved our life!!!
