At the beginning, services were very good. As time went by, the staff began to suggest and imply that they should get personal cash tips which they called "money houses". The price I was paying at that time was adequate for the value I was receiving. I had begun to have items broken, rough handling of personal collectibles, and finally missing items. When I did not bend to their hints, the owners raised the price of my cleanings to cover the cost of paying their employees more. I was told at the beginning of the agreement that the price would not go up. This terminated our use of their services.

I LOVE Maid to Perfection! They clean my house every 2 weeks, use the products I requested, and are always prompt & attentive to detail. Highly recommend!
