They did not work around my school time in in college 19 years old and i needed to have time off to do school hours . When it was my time to leave as in quit They did not want too give me my check , they gave my partner her check not mine . John does not care about his employees and over charges his customers. This company is so unprofessional .no benefits he gurantees 8 hours a day 40 hours a week so he doesn't have to offer insurance .i will.never work for this company again.

Horrible the didn't clean only dusted. Charge extra 45 dollars to clean inside of stove they forgot to clean it so I had to call. Upon me cleaning the stove I noticed they hadn't even wipe the outside I had to. They picked and chose which base boards they wanted to clean and didn't do all. I should of went with the other company they said it will take 4 hrs to clean Maid right said 2. I should have ran to the hills when they said that. AWFUL. We are selling our home and buyers are requesting we clean when we just paid to have Maid right clean. Don't Use these ppl it's equivalent of you cleaning up yourself.

In subsequent visits, the owner of the company has always followed up and on the one occasion that we had a new team member arrive to the house, he walked that person through our home and reviewed what our expectations are. I am seriously almost I'm tears. I had a REALLY bad day at work and I just got home at 8:45pm to the cleanest, most beautiful home ever and I'm so thankful I chose this service. I wish I could remember the name of the super nice lady that called me when they were on their way. I wasn't home but she called again later to let me know of little things they'd found and where they placed them (earrings found in the carpet) and she even asked if I wanted them to change my sheets for me as I'd just washed them but hadn't made the beds yet. The floors are beautiful, counter tops and bathtubs clean..etc. I have family coming in 2 days and did not have the time at all to clean the house. After such a stressful day of work and stress about family coming, coming home to such a beautiful home legit has me choked up. Thank you so so much and I will definitely be a return customermer. Terrible ... Sloppy lazy one back pack vacumn for 3000 for 3000 sq ft. Home ...pet fur left on carpet ..toilet bowels, tile floors,hardwood floors not sanitized ...didn't even bother to clean my glass patio sliding door. Would not refund my money . Avoid this group ... One star for showing up no

I recently worked for maid right. This isn’t a bad company. I believe what makes it bad are the people you have to work with. Personally speaking, i was employed by a member who had their own franchise of the business. Since I do have 2+ yrs of cleaning experience that helped me in the long run. The first few months were great! After a while i started to notice how my employers work was. They were missing areas of work, they started to lean on me more to complete jobs, their lack of knowledge in the cleaning business showed. They blamed me for customers complaints even when the work done wasn’t my own. But not only that their lack of respect for their customers and homes showed even more greatly. I contacted the head owner with my concerns looking for answers but was only told I needed to handle things between them and I. I felt as them being the over all owner of the entire business they should have shown more compassion even for ALL their employees. I recently reached out to the owner asking for a replacement within the company only to be told there weren’t any openings but never asked other employers if they could use help. What broke the camels back was the lack of communication between me and my employer, the blatant disrespect for myself and customers, the lack of help received during work hrs, the low hourly pay with no raises, missed pay checks and non offer of insurance benefits. Cleaning is not hard but you do have to have some kind of love for it, for it to be successful. The owner can only respond to OUR interactions with each other since I did not work directly for the company therefore they can not give a overall review.

I have used this company for a few months now for bi-weekly cleaning. I have yet to have come home and been able to find any problems with their cleaning. The price is reasonable and they are extremely reliable. They do a great job on keeping in communication with you for holiday, weather etc. I have always used a cleaning person instead of a cleaning company and was a little nervous to have a few people in my house instead of just one person but they do their cleaning while I am at work and have had no problems. I would highly recommend them!

Maid Right has provided a very professional, friendly service. They are always willing to work with my schedule and change times if needed. Maid Right communicates with me when they notice anything that they feel is different or needs to be addressed in my home. I feel very safe and secure with the crew in my home. I have children with severe allergies and they provide cleaning services that address the needs to keep my home free of allergens, but at the same time use products that do not cause more problems. I am very pleased with the service this company provides. I highly recommend the Maid Right team!

I selected Maid Right of Richmond based on our initial interview and that they would leave the house germ free. The maids and the owner showed up on time for the initial cleaning. The maids were very pleasant and worked hard to make sure the house was clean and the beds made. And the house smelled great when they were done.
