First, I called the office to go over pricing and the representative was extremely patient and thorough—she went over all the available cleaning options and gave me multiple estimates depending on what I needed done. It's no wonder that the cleaning so far is mediocre at best. So tired of the terrible quality of service in this area! They call themselves "maid pro", but they obviously have no real understanding of the meaning of the term. Disturbingly misleading. They don't even offer laundry services. They have a ridiculous "don't do" list! Really??? How are these people still in business...I am totally confused about that! I feel so bad for the employees as I am sure that they are not being allowed the opportunity to truly grow. Not to mention, they do all of the work and make peanuts for their efforts! Shame on the owner and the managers! You will not be in business much longer if you don't change your terrible and outrageously ridiculous ways and the world will be better off for it!!! To be fair, I spoke with the owner a few days after the last service and she did give me a refund after a lengthy discussion. She also responded to me via email about this review. To be thoroughly fair, I still stand by my review, but I am providing her response below: Hello Takisha, Hope you are well. I am writing to you because I came across a Google review that you had posted in regards to our company and your service. I am unclear on whether you posted this before or after we spoke on the phone. As you may recall when we spoke on the phone we work very hard to explain to all of our clients what we can do for them in terms of the scope of our service. While we do get requests for additional services such as you had requested, we focus on the area of our industry that we are most capable. Prior to providing any service, we communicate on we can provide - as we know we are not the right choice for all. We also spoke about employees - and one of the main reasons I started MaidPro is the belief that everybody should be treated with respect and dignity. All hardworking individuals should have opportunities to advance. We treat all of our cleaners and office staff with respect, and in fact offer job security, health insurance, a company matched 401K plan, profit sharing, and monthly service bonuses and regular performance based raises. I personally take great pride in offering personal development within my organization and many of our cleaners have stepped into leadership roles. Update 3/13/15: Yesterday was our cleaning day and again Jimmy did a fantastic job. He takes pride in what he does and takes into consideration our needs to make it the best possible experience. I work from home and he always takes care of the office first so he does not disrupt my day. Jimmy has been providing our service for the last few months and he does an amazing job. There are a couple of things we are particular about and he takes care of things just as we like. Jimmy goes above and beyond in our opinion.
