This service is a hit or miss. I have used them for over 5 years. They do a pretty decent job. However, there was a time they broke a vase and refunded me on my next cleaning. That was ok. Once they forgot that a maid was at my house and when I got home, she was still there. I had to take her home. Not ok. And they mixed up an appointment date, so they didn't show up. Thankfully, it wasn't during the holiday because I would have been really mad. Half ok. Now I was trying to contact them and only got a busy signal all day.

I have had the same experience as a few other ladies. Each time I scheduled, I was told the maid would arrive between 1 and 2. I left work early to be home on time. At 2:05 I called and was told the maid service would arrive between 3 and 4. The service takes 3.5-4 hours. I had to reschedule because I could not accommodate the new time AFTER I had already taken off of work. They knew the service would be late and failed to give me a courtesy call. I rescheduled for the next day and the cleaning was decent. Not necessarily GREAT but I just needed to have it done to get photos of the property. I scheduled another cleaning two weeks out (while the maid was still there, talking to her supervisor) and I was told AGAIN between 1 and 2. The Monday before my cleaning, their office called to confirm the Wednesday appointment between 1 and 2. AGAIN no-show, AGAIN, said they would show up between 3 and 4 after I called them for being late. I outright cancelled. I am beyond irritated at the clear disrespect they show to their customers’ schedules. They did nothing to try to fix the issue besides trying to reschedule AGAIN. If you don’t have a life and are willing to get inconsistent arrival times, this is the company for you. I personally do not have time for that.

I have used this company on many occasions but this last time was the worse. They normally send 2-3 workers to my house to clean the different levels, this time the one person was sent to clean all three levels by herself and she was 2 hours late….so she was there when I returned home. I had to stay in my room until she was done, then she did not speak any English so she did not understand me when I asked her questions about the poorly cleaned area. I put all supplies out for use in the kitchen to include a new large roll of paper towels not expecting them to also use the special ones I put for guest in the bathroom (softer more expensive quest towels) She was later picked up by another worker. I had already written out my check giving the team a nice tip because of past work which was on point. They had the check before I knew it so I could not rewrite it. I am not even sure if the lady got any of the tip. So not impressed and will think twice about using them again. Definitely will not recommend! ZC

Absolutely horrible! I will NEVER use this company again. They assigned one person to clean my entire house and it took her over 2 hours to finish just one level. Cleaning was horrendous - mirrors and faucets left smudged, hardwood floors were "mopped" but left with water spots, bathroom floors were not cleaned, and my carpet runners were left unvacuumed and left piled on top of each other. Oh they did polish one of my kitchen tables thanks to my own cleaning supplies. If you do go with this company, make sure you pay with cash as they neglected to tell me I would be charged a fee to use my credit card. And HIDE your cleaning supplies! I had to replace two bottles of lysol and a roll of paper towels.

This will be my second time using their service I am very pleased thus far ..Wendy is very professional and both times they have accommodated my schedule for a Saturday appointment ..The prices are reasonable and they usually stay until you are completely satisfied with their services .. I have called these people AT LEAST a half dozen times to ask them to stop leaving their postcards on my property. I don't feel I should have to clean up after them and often their cards blow around the grounds. They (Marlene) flat out just told me no and to just put it in the trash. Why would anyone hire them to clean when they trash personal property is beyond me. I understood why they would do this to solicit business when the townhouses were first built but after a year and a half, enough is enough.

Very thorough, my house looks and smells great after each cleaning! I highly recommend this service, I know they've had some bad reviews but perhaps they've worked out their issues!

Called this service last week to schedule a cleaning service appointment. Arrival time was today with an arrival time between 11am-12pm. Received a call at 1:00 pm to let me know they would be there in 30 minutes which would have put the arrival time at 1:30. No thanks, a courtesy call at noon would have been professional. I made this appointment based on the time frame. This was my first and last time calling.

This company is the worst! They damaged my floors and vase and didn't even apologize, refusing to correct the issue or refund the service or pay for the vase after numerous calls. They rudely acknowledge their maid did the damage but argue that "mistakes happen". I will be reporting them to the Virginia AG's office for investigation as they should be shut down.

I've used their service over two years because of Anna but that being said their customers service were very worse!! The lady who called herself "Supervisor" VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. This whole time I've been wondering how she is still there. There is no one beside her you can speak if you have problem. We finally decided to cancel the service. I'm hoping the owner see this message. If you want to keep your customer and good employees, you need to train so called the supervisor. If she is like this on the customer, I can't imagine how she treats the employee....

The actual women who do the labor are very good. They work hard and clean thoroughly. However, the people who do the scheduling (and I'm guessing are running the business) are extremely inconsiderate. They do not respect your time and often schedule something between certain hours that they know their employees will never make on time. For the last three times, they have been at least two hours late. So, for example, I was told "between 3pm and 5pm today." They called at 7pm to let me know the cleaning ladies were outside my place. Today was the final straw. I recommend you find a company that not only does a good job, but also cares about your time. I'm done with them.

I've used this company for 10 years and will not use them anymore. They changed the cost of the service at the time of payment. The only day I leave my 20 year old to pay them while I run an errand they trick her into changing the check amount by showing her an invoice that had nothing to do with my service. When she called me to confirm before giving them the check, THE MAID SNATCHES THE CHECK AND RUNS TO THE VAN. Unbelievable!!!!! Lesson learned for my daughter and a customer lost. Check will not clear as it was not completely or accurately filled out and I've called the bank. WOW

Overall bad experience. They will run late and not inform you until you call in yourself. I would not recommend using them to anyone.

Ana did an excellent job! I just moved, gave birth, and tackling my entire house seemed overwhelming. I appreciated the help. I gave one less star because the cleaning products had a harsh smell. Other than that it was great!

First time using this company. I was handed a flyer by gentleman name Manuel. I called the company spoke to Wendy and scheduled the service. Ms. Blanca and Ms. Carmen showed up on time. They took their time and cleaned the entire house. I am very pleased with their services and will use them again. Ms. Carmen and Ms. Blanca thanks again for your hard work!

Humans Are Weird

This is my 3rd time using them. To my surprise they are super nice and considerate. I’ve had a few bumps with them in the past. But they never leave my place dirty. I would give them a chance. Their pricing is reasonable, some of their flyers also have neat coupons.
