Thought they would have been a good fit for our home, guess not. The older guy who came to do the estimate was rude and seemed as though he did not want to service our home. The girls that showed up a week later to clean did a horrible job, talked and text on their cellphones, missed multiple items and just the level of clean was not there. Paid way to much got way to little.

I have been using Maid Brigade's cleaning services for many, many years. I have a three-story house with lots of bedrooms, windows, bathrooms, etc. and they never miss a spot! My house always smells so fresh and clean when I come home from work. I love that they use environmentally friendly green cleaning products. I would highly recommend them!

I have been using the services of Maid Brigade, Canton for about five years, maybe more. It has been so long that I am not sure I even remember how to mop and dust! They do a great job. The girls that come are friendly and always take time to greet my cats, and me, and the fact that they do such a nice job of cleaning each visit, frees me up to do my work, spend time with the kids and grow my business. Don't know what I would do with out them.

This company should be shut down, they treat their employees horrible, lie to their customers, fail to pay proper taxes, provide beat up transportation, fire girls who may end up pregnant, pay minimum wage when others in the same industry pay well above, they have a really dirty nasty office in a run down shopping complex. Ray and Marg are just horrible people, they are only about the money, money hungry greedy business owners. I've felt so bad for these girls who come and clean my house I've hired 3 of them to just come clean privately for me. Whenever you deal with a franchise the service is usually horrible no difference here! Beware of this unethical business operation.
