Truly an unsatisfied customer! This company is very money driven. They charge you for services that they don’t complete. My oven cleaning was a extra fee to come home and see leftover cleaning residue still in the oven that my husband end up cleaning. In addition there was particles all over my kitchen floor to show it wasn’t swept/mopped. Let’s not forget the dirty dishes in my clean dish wrack as if I couldn’t tell the dishes hadn’t been cleaned. All I get from the Manager’s, Sally/Misti “we have put a note on your account for the clearners to avoid this happening again”. Worst customer service experience. Strongly suggest using a different company.

Maid Brigade is the best maid service I have ever used. The ladies who clean my house are always prompt, efficient, friendly, and they do an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning. I love that Maid Brigade tries to send the same crew every time because they are familiar with my house. Misti, in the office, is wonderful, very friendly, and accommodating. It is always a pleasure to talk to her on the phone. I also love the fact that whenever I have emailed her, she answers so quickly. I highly recommend Maid Brigade to anyone seeking maid services!

I love using Maid Brigade. They come in and get my house cleaned quickly and thoroughly. They use green cleaners so I don't come home to heavy smells.
