Mixed. The ladies were sweet, worked hard for 2 solid hours, and the work that they did do was excellent--especially the floors. However, no windows in the kitchen/great room were cleaned, one ceiling fan was dusted after I pointed it out, the other one, I realized, after they left, was not. And it was a 9' ceiling bedroom so not hard to reach. Also, several wall hangings were not dusted. It was a main level job in a ranch home so nothing really out of reach. My home is less than 2500 sq ft. Just doesn't seem like $280 worth of work. If I can trust the inet, the cleaners at these franchises are underpaid. The problem lies in some other aspect of their business model. When I asked the office person on the phone how long it would take, she hem-hawed and then said 2 -3 hours. Well which is it? Didn't matter to her, because the "estimate" was $280, regardless of the condition of my house (freshly cleaned carpets and baseboards) I'm looking for a recurring house cleaning relationship, but the discrepancy between what the business office listed, what the website lists, and what the service team actually does, does not inspire confidence in me to keep them on, despite the fact that the ladies did a WONDERFUL job of cleaning. I researched the net, and anyway I slice or dice it, I can't come up with my home being more than a $200 job--even for initial cleaning. I had detailed the home for dust myself the week prior the night before I had the carpets all professionally cleaned.
And also--After they left, I discovered they had accidentally run over one of the potted chrysanthemums and a section of border edging on the lawn near my driveway.
Again, the ladies worked hard and did beautifully on everything they touched. I just don't think the business office's price of $280 was just, and I can't quite trust them.
