best cleaning service ever!!! we bought a new house and the previous person left it in a dirty mess. Ants and cat pee everywhere! but Jett cleaning service made it look like a brand new house! They washed the windows inside and out, wiped all walls top to bottom, every nook and cranny was washed, wiped and cleaned!!! I def will be recommending this cleaning service to all my friends and family!

I called and said I needed my home cleaned to be sold and they did not clean everything I asked. They also damaged two things. I would not use this service again and I am very disappointed that the woman who took the call did not communicate to her staff exactly what I wanted.

Initially, Jett was very responsive and friendly. We selected them to clean our home, and doubly confirmed the time and date for their first appointment. Then, they did not show up. There was no warning, no follow-up, explanation, or even a return call . A no-show for a first-time customer for a first appointment leaves a very bad impression. Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of time and effort. Avoid.
