If I could give 10 stars I would. We were having the hardest time finding a company that could do a post construction cleaning on a new building until we found Do It Right Cleaning. Once they were done cleaning it looked like a class A building. I would highly recommend this company for any of your cleaning needs. New Construction, Commercial etc. etc. We hope to do business with them again in the future.

Another factor which makes them stand out above others is our "ease" of communicating any concerns we might have, not only with their office but also the cleaning staff that comes in on a weekly basis. They refused to clean my house because I have rats. However they will clean homes with dogs and cats? What do they have against rodents? The rats stay in their cage and in the basement, they refused to even clean the upstairs of my house. In response to your message. Yes there was a referral but she could not come that day. She called me later in the day to come to give an estimate for the cost. I did not have time to deal with a delay. Again, you need to post on your website that you do not do houses that contains rodents. I have heart failure and not allowed to deep clean my house, it was already clean with your persons arrived to clean, I just needed help with dust behind furniture and cleaning the windows. I was willing to pay for this help. Your person I do not remember his name, refused to even come into the house and look, in addition I stated he did not have to clean the basement where the rats are contained. He still refused.

They do the job and get it done, but don't rush. I used other companies in the area that promised the world and their work was "average" at best. I had seen some before and after pictures from Do it right and couldn't believe what I had seen, so I gave them a try. Was I ever impressed! The units they cleaned for me looked almost brand new. I highly recommend this company. And the owners are easy people to talk to and work with.

I have never written a poor review of a company before, but my experience with Do It Right Cleaning was so problematic, I felt I had to spare others a similar experience. I had hired them to do two move-out cleanings: one for the house we had just sold and one for the house we had just purchased. They first did the cleaning of the house we had purchased. They did an okay job, but had missed several things. The big problem came when it was time to do the cleaning of the house we had sold. We were on a very tight time frame, with the new owner needing to move in the day after the scheduled cleaning. The day before the scheduled cleaning, the owner sent me a brief text message saying they would not be showing up the next day -- with no apology and no explanation. This left us in a HUGE bind. I have a toddler and had no one to look after him, so I couldn't do the cleaning. The only request the new owner had made of us in the sale was that it be professionally cleaned (they have a pet allergy and we have pets). It was the week of July 4th and with only a day to find another cleaning company, I was in a panic. Luckily, Rader Cleaning Service made room in their schedule to do this job. (they did a great job). This was so unbelievably unprofessional. Avoid Do It Right Cleaning Service!
