Being our first PCS in the military, I didn't know who to contact for a move out cleaning to show and sell our home. I was referred to Colonial Cleaning by some military wives. The person that cleaned our home was very nice, but after she left, I came into the home and the oven was still dirty, the baseboards, drawers and window sills were still full of dust. I called the owner, and she assured me she would come back. The lady came back, was very apologetic, she cleaned what I had pointed out. It looked better than the first time around, so she left. Today, my husband told me the laundry room wasn't even touched! Not even a vacuum. I thought that if I payed a cleaning company to do the cleaning, it would relieve some stress out of this move. Now I have to contact another cleaning company to do another move out clean. What has me so upset is that if I payed a cleaning company to do a move out clean, I am not supposed to be on top of the person cleaning my house telling her what to clean. Worst experience ever. I felt HORRIBLE pointing out what wasn't cleaned. I am a very shy person, so pointing out what was still dirty was very difficult for me.

Colonial Cleaning company is hands down the best, AND most affordable option in the area for residential cleaning. I have been using them weekly at my house for more than a year now, and it has been a phenominal experience. I have had many 1 on 1 conversations with Maxine, the owner. She trully takes in interest in the things that matter to me in my home. We usually have the same person that cleans it every time, and the place is spotless when they leave. They even clean things that I wouldn't even thing to clean! Like the cabinets, or walls. What they offer is trully unique, and I would trust them with any of my friends or family. For two years this service was acceptable. However scheduling and promptness was an issue. Last week the staff stated they were on location at a specific time and since I was there at the agreed upon time I know this was a falsehood. I left two phone messages and e-mail messages for Maxine to discuss the matter and all went unanswered.
