We called Patty at APS very last minute because our regular cleaning company left us hanging. We needed our outdoor space cleaned for a holiday party we were having. After I sent her pictures, she quoted me a VERY reasonable price and sent her crew out THE SAME DAY!!!! Amazing! How common is it to find that kind of customer service these days, right?! The crew of three arrived within three hours of me giving Patty the green light. The crew did an incredible job! Our crew blew away our expectations. They not only cleaned the specific items/areas on our list....they cleaned SO much more!!! They literally cleaned floor to ceiling. We are so impressed with the level of customer service and quality, I called Patty for three reasons: 1. To thank her for making such an effort to make this happen last minute and same day. 2. To tell her that her crew went so far above and beyond it was shocking. 3. To ask that she come give me an estimate for weekly interior cleaning so I can ditch my current housekeepers! Oh, by the way, she's coming to meet with us on Monday .... A HOLIDAY!!!! What else can I say???? You owe it to yourself to give APS Home Cleaning Service a shot

Great regular cleaning service. Sometimes there’s a staff of 3 or more, but usually just one. 1000 sq ft usually done in less than an hour for about $150. APS takes credit cards from their website. Make sure to have a flexible schedule and easy egress. They’re always willing to work with your schedule.

Not sure what happened but my experience with APS was not positive. They have high reviews and that’s why I picked them, but I didn’t experience the 4 star service others did. Had the team come in for a move in cleaning of a 3000 square foot home with 2.5 baths. They first arrive an hour late. Then we agree to the charge of $400 for the cleaning. I thought that was fair, but doing more searches I discovered that the amount is on the high end. Wouldn’t have been a problem if we got stellar service, but we didn’t receive premium cleaning services. A team of five “finished” the house in under two hours and left while we were out running errands before we could look the house over. I asked them to give me a half hour heads up so I could come back, but I didn’t get that call. Upon inspection it looks like they missed the master bath entirely and didn’t do a great job cleaning the other bathroom. And as we’ve been getting situated in the house it just seems like there is still a layer of dirt/grime in certain rooms. I contacted the company about the issues but never heard back. Wouldn’t recommend them. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I'd like to rebut a few of your points if I could. 1. I sent you a text about the condition of the work because that was how we were communicating. I did not make a call the main number since I thought your cell was the main line. But, I never got a call, text or email response from you. I can look through my statements again if you'd like, but what you've stated is a lie. 2. I was charged $400 for the cleaning. No tip was included in that amount. That was the amount quoted to me before you started work. And we never received a walk-through with any staff member. I asked the lead if the team was going to be around for a while because we had an errand to run. We were returning to the house about 30 minutes after we left and whoever was in charge called and said work was done and they left. I never had a final walk-through so I don't know how you knew our satisfaction level. And I was charged $400, tip not included (plus an additional $14 for the credit card fee). 3. I don't know where you got your 97% figure from, but a drawer in the bath was never cleaned and the rest of the bathroom looked glossed over. It might be the "condition" of the home as it is an older home, but then maybe if we had a final walk through you could have pointed these things out. But we didn't because you bailed.

After getting a few quotes from other cleaning services, Patricia was able to beat them all. Not only that, but she imemediately impressed me during the quote with her enthusiasm and attention to detail. She comes in with two other lovely ladies, and they scour my single family home from top to bottom in 3 hours flat. After their first cleaning, I sent a picture of my son to my sister, and the first thing she commented on was the perfectly vacuumed carpet in the background!! Patricia is also very easy to work with and get a hold of, and she is very flexible about making rearrangements if schedules change.

I think they did a great job doing a move out clean on a town home. The were fast considering it was a 3 floor home. Their was only 2 things I didn't really agree on. 1- I called a phone and a lady answered I told her what I needed and she told me a price it was a great price so I said how do I sign up? She told me to (text her my details.) I didn't like that because I didn't know when the day came and 2- they were 15 mins late so going back to number 1 I wasn't sure if I even made a apt or not. I was freaking out to make sure they were going to come.

I am speachless! They came in, I tried to tell one lady what I need them to clean and she started going crazy that she cannot deal with this. Again, I am speachless! Horrible!
