Fair price, great customer service, excellent communication, quick service, and beautiful results. From someone who once worked in fine dining, I could tell within the first minute of calling that Mr. Saunders is a really good listener and communicator. He was extremely friendly, quick to obtain a price quote, easy to schedule, and all around truly professional. He’s licensed, bonded, insured, and very experienced and knowledgeable. American Pro-Tech was great. I forgot to take "before" photos, but imagine a really dirty house. Any discoloration you see in the photos is due to the water still drying; it was like brand new siding.

The work performed by American Pro Tech is the best you can ask for. They are able to remove the moss and lichens from the roof and their cleaning method is the only one approved by the major manufacturers of asphalt shingles. Having the roof cleaned will actually extend the life of the roof. Highly professional 5 Star service!

American Protech is the roof cleaning company to go to when ever you have a problem with black (streaks) algae or moss on your roof. Having the algae and moss removed has made my roof look like brand new again! I'm so happy I had it done just before I put my house on the market! I can't stop looking at my "new" house after American Pro Tech cleaned the roof; gutters; and siding. I believe my house was about as dirty as they come. Now, it's completely clean and renewed. My roof went from a dark black/brown to the light brown it was when new in just about an hour. Thank you Ted and Jose. A job well done! This was money well spent. I got a couple of estimates for this work from others and APT was not the cheapest however not unreasonable either. I chose them because of the confidence they gave me that I would receive true value for my money. I was not wrong - best choice definitely. They have great equipment and their solution was very affective. All plants around the house were protected during the job. The product was applied only where needed. You won't be sorry. In fact, you'll probably feel like you got the better part of the deal once you see the results. Sure am proud of how my house looks now. Thanks again, American Pro-Tech!

We were thinking that the only way it could be resolved was to spend in excess of $15k to have the roof replaced. Our realtor suggested we try American-ProTech first before replacing the roof. I asked Mr Saunders for a quote to clean my roof. I then told him that might be too much and that he might be gouging since the HOA is requiring everyone to have their roofs cleaned. He immediately got very irate and called me "you old bastard". I have since talked to other roof cleaners and they agree that he is a very nasty person. I would not recommend using his services for any reason, regardless of the price.
