This is the best cleaning company I have ever hired. I recently moved to Seattle and I found Susan's Green Cleaning and they were so easy to book. Office manager was extremely helpful and patient with me given that I'm very picky and difficult to work with. They definitely exceeded all of my expectations. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service in the Seattle area.

From the first time I had Susan's Green Cleaning clean our house, I was impressed! Whether one or more cleaners come at a time, they are very organized, friendly, and thorough. I love scanning the list they leave me checked off at the end of the cleaning. Wow! There are things they do I know I never cleaned before! Susan has made every effort to arrange my cleaning early in the morning, which I like a lot! I am very much in favor of the cleaners being paid a fair wage and including benefits. The people who do this very important job deserve to be treated with respect. Susan makes certain they are well-trained. Employees who are treated well stay with an organization and give a higher quality of work. I'm grateful that Susan's Green Cleaning demonstrates that respect.

This is the best home cleaning service I've tried, and I've tried a couple others. Every time I came home the place was spotless down to the smallest details. I love that they don't use chemicals that leave a lingering smell. Susan and her team also have impeccable customer service skills, they're friendly, and give you the benefit of the doubt. Even when I messed up or could have been a little bit frustrated, they maintained professionalism and friendliness. Once I got the flu the night before an appointment and they didn't charge me for the late cancellation, which is an example of their exemplary customer service and their contributions to public health (and that of their team!). Only once did someone accidentally miss a minor detail, however, they offered to come back to fix it, but I declined since I just wanted them to catch it next time. My point in sharing this is that you simply can't make a mistake by at least trying Susan's Green Cleaning --they'll come back to fix anything. They're rock stars and trying their service seems quite risk free. Give them a try!

I've never hired a cleaning service before. Susan was very patient in answering all of my questions. She sent me an estimate based on various aspects of our home (rooms, bathrooms, etc). A couple of other places wanted to come to our home to do the estimate, but that felt like high pressure tactics. Susan's estimate was great and in the end, the final total was slightly less. Our cleaner was so cheerful, doing everything with a smile. She did a great job. Even the little details, like the top edges of my kitchen cupboard doors were cleaned (my teenage boys even noticed that our toaster is now shiny). I am very sensitive to scents, both manufactured and natural, including lavender. When the cleaner was done, there was no trace of scents left behind! I highly recommend Susan and her team.

What a wonderful experience! After an initial miscommunication with email, my first cleaning was rescheduled and they have just left. My home is CLEAN. This was post-remodel and super dusty. I instructed to clean the wooden blinds and the window sills. All the other things on their checklist was done. They even made my messy boys' beds. I highly recommend them.

I had a service with Susan's Green Cleaning last month and experienced a really shady clean. I waited for the cleaning staff to arrive before I left. I showed them around. I asked them to stay out of my master bedroom and I closed the door. This room is private and has my jewelry box. I also left a note on this door that said "do not enter/do not clean". About 9 hours later I got home from work. The note that was on my door was removed. This immediately concerned me. So I went to my jewelry box and I discovered that three sets of gold earrings were no longer there. I am very detailed with how I store my things and I am very aware and organized. It was immediately obvious to me that these were gone. I sent the company an email on two occasions and have - so far - also left two voice messages for them. I have not heard back. I have been out of town for the past two weeks and am now just getting to writing this review and will be contacting the BBB and filing a police report.

We have used Susan's Green Cleaning for years! They are so reliable, professional and hard working! I feel very comfortable with the crew cleaning my house even when I am not at home. I look forward to coming home to such a clean and fresh house! My dog even gives them a 5 paw rating! I hired Susan's Green Cleaning for my move out clean in my Shoreline/Edmonds rental home. The scheduling was easy. I answered a few questions for them to get an idea of what needed to be done. Two women showed up, walked them around the house and they quickly began cleaning. In about 4hrs they were done and the house felt and looked cleaned then it did when I moved into it. Best Service Ever!!! First used Susan's Green Cleaning for a move-out in November 2015. They did such a great job (thank you, again, Tanner) that I received my entire deposit back (in full) --- from a management company that is notorious for NOT refunding deposits. Beginning in December 2015, I started using Susan's on a monthly basis and could not be happier. Cleaners are always on time, thorough, thoughtful and exceptionally good (especially recommend Sean and Tanner). Fees are comparable to other services in the city AND, Susan is a sweetheart!!!

I have had an appointment bi weekly with Susan's Green Cleaning for about two and a half years now and I'm always satisfied with the service. Some teams are faster than others, but the cleaning remains consistent, and I always get follow up calls to make sure I'm happy. They even care about very inconsequential "complaints" -- and they have pulled them out of me several times, even when I respond everything was great with the cleaning. I appreciate that extra caring step. Kelsi is particularly conscientious, and I like the way she cares about our cats. Erica and Sarah have also mentioned when one of my cats seems upset when I am out of town. Once, my rescue cat urinated inside of their cleaning bag, and the only reason they told me was so that I would know how her behavior was while I was gone -- it wasn't to try to tell me I damaged something as a customer. I offered to buy a new bag, but they declined and said they knew how that stuff goes sometimes. I receive 5-star service every visit, and I feel they are just a solid company

Susan's Green Cleaning is fantastic. I can't tell you how happy I'm been both of the times that I've hired them. They are no only so incredibly easy to work with, but their attention to detail is amazing. I am always surprised by the extra small things they clean and notice when I return home. Most recently, Joshua and Karyn were with us and they noticed everything. My husband and I walked around going oooo and aaahhh after we got home. They cleaned our air vents and drains and even were able to get a sticker off of our toilet. All of these were items that I didn't expect. Even our floors felt different under our feet. I think what most impressed me was that my sister, who was staying with me and was home while they worked, couldn't stop telling me how nice they had been. Thank you for all that you do!

Last year was a clean year for us, and we hope to have many more with Susan's Green Cleaning. This was our first time using a service, and we were thrilled. They did a deep cleaning, were right on target with their estimate, kept us updated throughout the cleaning, and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. We were. After about two months of bliss, our neighbor talked us into using her "amazing" cleaner, and it was quite a bit less money. So we did. What a mistake! Once you have had perfection, it is hard to drop down to mediocrity, even if it's cheaper. And she also didn't show up twice and once came the next day and said we moved our appointment. We didn't. We came back to Susan's Green Cleaning after two months, and we made the right decision. You get what you pay for. Our family also appreciates that they give their employees benefits. You will make the right choice with this company. They truly care about their customer service.

Worst experience ever. They were not honest about how much they would charge me and it ended up costing way more than originally quoted. I left a 1 star Yelp review months ago and the owner won’t let it go. I’ve even been contacted by another unhappy customer who saw my review and asked if I would be a witness in his harassment case. Love Susan's Green Cleaning! Susan arrived to give us a quote and was prompt and cheerful. We immediately knew we liked her and could trust her company to clean our home. Sometimes they clean when we are both at work or out so trust was key for us. Also, they do a fabulous job! They have been coming for over 6 months now and we are always more than pleased with the cleaning job. There is never a chemical smell left behind as all their products are non-toxic and natural. Also, as a perk they take our dog out for us if we are gone. I love coming home to the beautifully cleaned space and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We booked Susan's Green Cleaning maid service, and it was very easy and very responsive. I was also able to accommodate us within 48 hours, and at the time when we asked that I appreciated. The cleaning staff did an amazing job - really pulled dust and dirt out of our bathroom (what I wanted them to focus on), did three loads of laundry (and even stayed until the last one finished drying). They followed all our instructions and even left a nice note. I highly recommend this service - we have already booked them for the second cleaning. Prices are reasonable, people are friendly, service is good - so that's enough for me.

This company is amazing and truly professional, and friendly, and competent. We've used them three times over the past several years for movein and moveout cleanings. They've never disappointed us, and get the details we ourselves would miss. They also clean things you wouldn't even know could get clean! We've gotten our deposits back every single time, and even been complimented that it was left cleaner than we we got it. If we could afford it, we would hire them every day for our house.
