Exceptional Service and pride !! I give Servpro of Woodinville 5 starts for being such a helpful and amazing company when our family needed it most. I had smoke damage and needed to be safe for my small child and family, The company took on the task quickly and efficiently. I could not believe how clean, safe, and fresh my home felt after returning to it, we would recommend this company to all our friends and family for any restoration need. Nate and his team were amazing. Before the water finished pouring through the ceiling (sprinkler systems going off three floors above) Nate and his team were there cleaning up the mess at 9 pm at night. The whole process was managed flawlessly by Servpro, including helping us find a great contractor. They moved out our things, stored them, cleaned and dried out our space with so much ease and efficiency. This team knows what they are doing and how to reassure the client during a very stressful event. I highly recommend you call them for your next unexpected challenge. Given that Servpro is franchised, I can't speak for the other teams - but the Shoreline/Woodinville team is amazing!

Servpro has caused our Family so much more damage than the fire that destroyed parts of our home. They we're hired by our insurance company to clean up after our house caught on fire which is a guaranteed pay on their end.They said pictures will be taken of everything that will be taken out of the house and ensured us that they will be returned to us like nothing happened. Upon returning home and having our items redelivered to us, there we're so many items missing. We called Jakob to get clarity on this but he never called us back. He responded via email, and kept telling us that he will get back to us. Then he finally sent out his lead Peter to our home to clarify things. Peter admitted to us that there we're items that were not placed in the inventory. His exact words we're, “They are still getting cleaned.” Really? After more than a month of being away from our home then after three weeks of returning you are still cleaning up our stuff? Besides, if we didn’t complain, are you even going to bother to send those items back? We have agreed that he will look in their warehouse again for our other items and if he can’t find them, the company will replace them even if it comes out of his own pocket. He texted us that he will stop by to drop the items several times but he never did. Jakob on the other hand emailed us and said that the problem has been resolved and we are only getting reimbursed for 2 items, which is not what we agreed on with Peter. We asked him to meet up with his team to clarify things and finalize it because it seemed to be going nowhere and we we're told “this is where we draw the line... there’s nothing we can do to help you not unless you have proof or video that we stole the items.” I mean come on people we're the victims here.. Our house caught on fire, who has time to think about taking pictures and setting up security cameras? Talk about being the victim twice. We have kids to care for and jobs to do just like you folks... Besides, if your hands are so clean and all of you are so perfect then why are you “drawing the line” when we asked to meet up? One thing that I commend these guys on though, is that they are good at covering their tracks. They got us good. They knew we didn’t have a security system and they took advantage of that. These people are opportunist. If you hire them, make sure you watch their every move, have hidden video cameras all over your place, and document everything they say. Because these people are experts or shall I say Pros.. Of taking advantage of other people!.. I give you folks one star..
