Not a good experience. $240 for 2 hours and maybe $60 worth of work. They did call back after I left poor review and complaint and said one of the workers was ill and would come back for a follow up but only after my complaint. I had already spent 2+ hours that night finishing the job myself They wiped down kitchen, dusted and cleaned baths that were already quite clean. Spot mopped leaving dirt spots and didn't vacuum. Already have email and phone # Forgot that they also left me hanging for arrival time for 2-3 hours

My family recently used this service. Estimate was over a hundred dollars off, sent more maids than anticipated, took just as long, not any better than swiffering after a couple drinks. Manager stood by their awful work. They promised clean cupboards, floors, windows, baseboards.. baloney. Sides of cupboards not touched, streaks of dirt still on every floor, windows sills dusty, and do they even know what baseboards are? DO NOT USE THEM.. absolute waste of almost $400 for holiday cleaning. If they would have done a good job we would have been happy to pay them what was asked but after looking at the house once they left we feel scammed. Telling everyone who will listen.

The team of 2 individuals arrived on time, were very friendly, and got to work immediately. They worked as efficiently as possible so I think the time it took was reasonable. Since this is a company providing service the cost is well above what an individual would charge so you should consider the benefits of both options.
