I have 5 furrybabies, popcorn ceiling and new construction across the street. I called a week before Christmas and they were able to schedule me. I had them come in for deep clean and it took 4 hours. Absolutely incredible. I can’t even say enough about the job they did. I’d recommend without a doubt and I will use them again.

I have been using the Wenatchee Merry Maids for the last 4 years for my home and Airbnb house. I have always counted on them to do the job professionally, and go above and beyond the normal standard of cleaning. They give me a detailed property report letting me know of any misplaced items or slight damage. The staff is on time, and will do any extras I request. Highly recommend this service!

My favorite part of your services is the reliability and the thoroughness of the cleaning job. I can rely on the team coming to my home on the scheduled day and if there is any significant variation from the scheduled time then we communicate via text messaging and the team is very accommodating. And, of course, the Merry Maids team consistently does a thorough and complete job of cleaning my home. I love coming home after I know Merry Maids has been here, my home smells good and feels good.

Disappointed is putting it politely!!!! We moved to Wenatchee from Seattle. I decided to treat myself to a move in ready deep cleaning. The house was disgusting, the window sills covered in black grim, the baseboards with dust, counter tops covered in something sticky... We called and the team was sent out again. Still nothing was touched downstairs, they took our bedroom window out and left it on the floor, cleaning products left behind, dust all over surface areas... We spent over $600 for this joke called a cleaning. My advice, buy yourself a brand new Dyson, all the cleaning products your car can fit, and do the job yourself. I guess some peoples idea of clean is filth to me.

We are so pleased with the service that Merry Maids provided at our main office. The level of detail was impressive! Toilet seats were completely removed and cleaned, corners and edges of bathroom floors were scrubbed, kitchen appliances were moved out and spaces beneath cleaned. The entire office looked and felt fresh when the job was finished. Our first ever Spring cleaning turned out to be just as great as we'd hoped for. The staff were professional from start to finish. Tawney is in over her head. Her cleaners damaged my carpet and then she took 2 months to initiate a repair. Her cleaners damaged plants and missed bathrooms. I am away a lot. I expect better for 130 dollars a pop. Upon complaint, I got "I think its best we part ways" I think so too.
