Very unprofessional man answering the phone in the west Seattle office. Refused to accept a valid Chinook book coupon with no blackout dates, and then refused to send any cleaners out when I complained about it. I can't speak to the work of the cleaners, but good luck if you are expecting them to honor any coupons or agreements.

I am not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from, but I have tried calling them twice - for emergency service - when my reg folks couldn't come out and I couldn't get through. Left a message once (never got back to me) and the second call it just rang and rang. Send an email as well and no response as of two days now.

They follow instructions well and are gentle with fragile items. Best of all, they are completely trustworthy. I should also add that the communication with the scheduler is very smooth, and they have consistently accommodated various requests for special times and dates when we were entertaining. Worth every penny!
