My carpet was so deeply stained and worn I didn't think it could withstand cleaning. I contacted Chem-Dry and was fortunate enough to have Don, the lead Technician answer the call. Don was punctual ( a trait I put great value on), professional, respectful and friendly. He cleaned the carpet so swell I wouldn't have believed it was the same one if I hadn't witnessed it myself! Not only did he do a superb job the cleaning agents are Eco-friendly. If you want your carpets cleaned call Chem-Dry first. You won't be sorry.

I have never been so amazed by a carpet cleaning and will NEVER hire anyone else. Don made the carpet, which had been absolutely wrecked by a dog, look and smell like new. Don't steam clean, it doesn't fix the problem! Chem Dry fixed the problem.

FABULOUS! My sofa and lounge chair were really dirty---lots of stains and cat hair. Tim and his colleague vacuumed and cleaned them really well. They look almost new! Tim was also very friendly and gave me helpful tips on how to keep my furniture cleaner. He even left me a free bottle of spot remover. Great service!

Very pleased with our recent experience with ChemDry Seattle! The staff were courteous and easy to work with. They were transparent about the various price options for the services. The cleaning was quick and efficient. Don was able to get out a tough stain from a liquid medication spill. When the stain subtly came back a few days later (due to expected wicking effect), they came back out for free for one more cleaning, and the stain has not returned.

We have used Chem-Dry of Seattle for several years to clean carpets in our rental unit when new tenants move in. This week the water heater in this unit failed and the carpet promptly soaked up all the water. When we had a previous flood in this apartment we called a national chain to clean up the water damage and we received a national-sized bill (read: large). This time I called Chem-Dry. Tim came out right away and right away went about resolving the problem. He has the training and the equipment to take care of this kind of damage. Not only did he save the carpet, he also installed the new pad and the restored carpet! This saved us from having to wrangle another vendor to complete the job. Prompt, friendly, and professional. Can you ask for more?

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I booked this place nearly a month before moving out of my rental place, since they had previously serviced this address before and knew the location and size of the house. At the time of booking, I carefully explained that a Saturday was the only option for carpet cleaning. With only a few days' notice, he called to cancel stating that his tech doesn't work on Saturdays. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Great experience for an unpleasant chore (cat urine - need I say more?). A friend recommended Chem-Dry and I understand why. From the original call and their understanding of the problem, explanation of the solution and booking the appointment, Chem-Dry was great. The service itself was performed by Aaron, who was professional, helpful, considerate, and thorough. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I asked for pet stain cleaning when I called and they gave me an estimated price. When they arrived here, they told me that they came for a professional cleaning (wich we did with other company 3-4 month ago, so of course, we didn't need it). I asked again for the stain cleaning and they said that it was much more expensive, so they just could do the professional cleaning. We just agreed to this because the guy who was helping us (he was very nice and polite all the time - don't remember his name) told us that he could help us after that with some cleaning products for an extra charge. We ended paying 220 or 240 dollars, for a carpet cleaning (already clean), and he promised us that it wouldn't be any bad smell or infection. Next day it was smelling so bad, and clearly looking almost the same that before. We called a couple of times and the owner who was very nice before, it sounded like he was really mad because of us complaining. We didn't received the treatment that we asked for, or at least our money back. So disappointed about the service and the company.

Alex was very nice and helped me set up the cleaning over the phone, and Sam was so kind to my mother and made her feel very comfortable. He did a fantastic job, and she was thrilled. Scheduling was easy and Beth did an excellent job of communicating timing to fit our schedule. Don came out to clean one bedroom and the job just kept growing. I asked if he could do our leather furniture as well - they had not been cleaned well...ever, so they were in much need of some TLC. Our leather looks NEW! It has transformed our living room. The carpets were amazing - even some of the toughest stains came out. The service was quick and professional. I highly recommend Chem Dry and will most definitely be using them again in the future!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the job that Tim did on our carpet. We have a light colored carpet that was heavily soiled in the living room from 2 dogs over a 2 year period. I had my doubts about how much of the original color would return, but was completely surprised with how nice it looked and smelled afterwards. It was also a pleasure working with Tim as he was polite, friendly and took the time to educate me about the cleaning process and how to best care for the carpet. It's obvious he loves the work he does and because of this I'd definitely call upon him again.

Tim did a fabulous job on a carpet that was heavily stained and reeked in certain areas from past rodent occupants. He was dogged in his efforts to eradicate both spots and smells, even moving large pieces of nailed-in furniture to do so. As a result, a carpet I thought I'd have to replace is now spotlessly clean and and fragrant. The price was more than reasonable. Can't recommend this company enough.

I had a amazing time with Don! He was very professional and had a "what ever it takes / can do greatness attitude!" I have 2 dogs and 1 of them is old...and well you know...sometimes can't hold it. Well Don made my carpets look NEW! At least 5 more years to the carpet life!!! And, helped me be aware of really awesome ways that I could use ChemDry in my home on the regular!!...I would challenge anyone to take a look at what they've got for "clean" cleaning products and see what you could live longer using and what you could live without...or die trying... I rated 4 only because a second call was necessary, and there were some mis-communications about the total cost. I would imagine the mis-communication is as much my fault as Chem-Dry. The first work was not completed to 100% to my expectations. However, the final result rates a 5 As soon as Chem-Dry learned that I had a couple issues the owner, Mr Tim Cleaveland, was on the phone and wanted to come to my home the next day. He did come, along with another cleaner, with an open mind about what to do. I had some very difficult dog urine spots, on both wool and nylon carpets. Most of it eventually came out, a couple spots not 100%, I do not think anyone could have done any better. Likely not as good at they did. I will definitely use them again if there is a need to do so. Good honest, responsible, professional people.

We used Chem Dry after our daughter spilled egg dye on the carpet and they were awesome! I called on Monday, they came on Wednesday. The guy we had was great and got SO MANY old stains out of our carpet. The biggest thing he magically got out (besides all the pet stains) was a spilled quart jar of Tahini sauce. This was a massive stain FULL of grease that I'd tried multiple times to get out and after NUMEROUS attempts he got it out...all of it! I would recommend them to everyone and we will definitely be using them again!! THANK YOU CHEM DRY!

Tim came to our rescue when our basement flooded after some heavy rain. He worked quickly and saved us from having to replace our carpet. He came by everyday for the next few days and was so helpful. We will definitely use ChemDry again for any carpet cleaning needs!

My wife and I were beyond pleased - amazed, in fact - with the work that Don did on the carpets and thick wool rug in our rental. Many of the rooms and hallway had a strong odor of dog urine, and a black light lit up our carpet like it was the cratered surface of the moon. There were so many stains, and in several cases the ammonia was close to leaving permanent chemical burns. Don was able to eradicate all of the problems. He also took the time to educate us about the proper ways to treat carpet when our own dogs make messes. We were very pleased with Don's work, and we will happily use Chem Dry again.

Time and Marc are the two best carpet/tile cleaners I've ever had clean my carpets and tiles. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, they are two excellent men.
