I hired 509 for approximately 8 months, for monthly cleaning visits. The rates started out reasonably, and Ashley did a great job. Eventually, the service began to deteriorate, as I noticed that my house was not getting cleaned as thoroughly as it was the first few times. The rates were also increasing, because she was bringing in more and more people to do the same job. The rates were $25/hour, and at first it was just one person coming in for 3 hours, and the cleaning was thorough. Eventually it was 3-4 people coming in for 1-2 hours, and the cleaning definitely went downhill. Not to mention, I was never advised of this beforehand, and I did not feel comfortable with 4 people I didn't know in my house at the same time, when I had originally thought I was only hiring Ashley. They were very honest about their rates, and never tried to add time, as I always verified her invoices against my security cameras. Also, Ashley found $40 in my washing machine one time, and she left it on the counter for me, as it would've been very easy to take it and I probably wouldn't have been any the wiser. I appreciated that! However, where I started off paying $75 and getting everything done to my specifications, in the end I was being charged considerably more and the cleaning being done was sloppy and unsatisfactory. I would hire Ashley again, but only under the conditions that it were her doing the work, and not 3 other people I had never even met or knew if they were even qualified or background checked.
