The cleaning crew was okay, my issue was the customer service rep. Very rude and he did not seem to understand that customers have the right to express dissatisfaction for services they are paying. Instead, he verbally assaulted me for his lack of planning, 1. missing scheduled visit and 2. not communicating to the staff about my cleaning product requirements. All I got was verbal abuse. Very disappointing. The cleaning crew were pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience! It has been awhile since my home was thoroughly cleaned, so it was in need of the works to get it back into shape. The team that arrived was on time and worked really hard for three hours and left my home in excellent condition. My house looks almost new and I can not wait to have guest over. My fiancé who initially was against hiring a cleaning service is thinking about having Super maids dc come clean every month. Thank you again!
