We had our basement get excessive water puddling in it from a recent storm. It was between 830-9pm when I called them. My first question was the cost. I was told $500. We agreed to have them come. I gave the tech a credit card over the phone for the $500. They came out about 11:15pm, stayed until about 2am, left their machines running for almost a week before coming to pick them up. Moved furniture and didn't put it back, left footprints on the carpet from going outside, and even spilled water from one of their machines and didn't clean it up. Between the initial visit and the time they came to pick up their equipment, a guy came out to do what I thought would be a mold remediation assessment to see if we'd need that option but no, he didn't do anything while there. 20 days later, I get a phone call telling me we owe an additional $1300 for their services. At no time during the course of the transaction were we ever told there would be additional charges!! VERY SHADY way to do business!! Had I known it would have been an $1800 charge to suck water out of the basement, I never would have agreed to have them come out! Very dishonest and I wouldn't care if my whole house went under water - I will NEVER Call them again!

Robbie and his team (particularly Dakota and Robert) were fantastic to work with during such a stressful time with the basement flood. Not only was the team punctual, reliable, and incredibly hard working, but their communication skills in particular are commendable - they called before coming, explained all tasks being done and for what reason, checked in routinely and had great patience walking me through the clean-up process. These folks took what could have been me having a nervous breakdown to making me smile and laugh each day. I can't thank them enough!!!

Ice split a pipe and water poured into our downstairs and spread through every room. It was after 4 p.m. when we noticed it and my first thought was that I probably could not get anyone to come out and help me until the next day. The contractor who had done all the remodeling throughout our house just a few years earlier said to call ServPro. Even though we live in the mountains more than an hour away from ServPro's facility, their crisis team (Robert and Kristy) was out here within a couple of hours and worked straight through until about 2 a.m. sucking up water and mitigating the damage. Starting early the next morning Matt, the person who would be taking the lead on our situation, and his assistant Hume were here and worked all day to remediate the problems. Tony, the production manager, came to assess the scope of the situation, and helped ease my mind about working with the insurance company. Matt was here every day after that for varying periods of time to assess the progress and do what was next on their protocol. I was very impressed with the science that was used to optimize the drying out process. Each person involved in my mess was just as professional as they could be and created an atmosphere of calming confidence that everything would be okay. ServPro's part of the restoration is complete and I could not be happier with their services and the people who provided them, especially Matt. Thank you.

We were working out of town and came home to a new dishwasher that had malfunctioned and flooded our main floor kitchen, busted out the ceiling in the basement, soaked the basement walls and ran under the flooring - and we had just finished a major renovation two months ago. I was frantic and the team that came in the first night was very professional and calm - they got everything set up for remediation and I went to bed that night feeling like things were going to be okay. Over the next 14 days Mike, Robbie, Robert, Daniel and Cindy came in and took over the disaster area. They demoed everything that was damaged, monitored the remediation. kept us informed of each step that they needed to take and gave daily reports of the progress that was being made. It has been a horrible situation - but ServPro has been the bright spot in the middle of this mess. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.
