SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier counties helped me last week when my basement folded, during the storm. They arrived on site in less than an hour, extracted water and installed fans and dehumidifiers. They worked directly with my insurance, so there were no costs for me. I highly recommend them

I had a pipe that burst on the 2nd floor causing a mess in the entire house. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier counties. A crew arrived on site one hour after my initial call. The service was great and they billed my insurance directly. Great job!

THE WORST. This "business" is across the street from my home. They are unapologetic about driving their trucks in my yard, their open dumpster blows molded garbage all over our beautiful town and they frequently don't have enough parking for their own business so their cars are always in the street. Ironic they help clean up homes when they've trashed the front yard of mine. LOL - YOU RENTED TOO. And your landlord was unaware you had installed another driveway, a dumpster and were driving over sidewalks. Nor was the Town of The Plains aware of how many trucks you operated and how frequently you were blocking a very small road. You offered me a gift card to Lowe's, your trucks moved the edging, cracked the sidewalk and killed grass and created tracks in numerous parts of my yard. Never once apologized, never once offered to fix my yard. The way you treat your neighbors is very relevant to me as a consumer with who I choose to do business with. I don't think it's fair you were driving on my yard and blocking my driveway with impunity but I dealt with ;)

I recently had this ServPro location come out and do some remediation in my house due to a slow water leak. They were very prompt in writing the estimate, arranging everything with my insurance, and getting the work done. I was very impressed with the professional quality of the work and having everything explained to me up front. The only area that I felt they lacked in was communication during the dry out period. I explained to them that my wife and I work full time and would need to know in advance if they needed access to the house. On multiple occasions I was called and asked if they could be there in the next hour or less to check how much longer the fans would need to run. I was also told multiple times that someone would call and schedule with either my wife or myself for these check ups. Over the course of about a week and a half, neither of us were called and we had to call to set up inspection times ourselves. Overall I am pleased with the work that was completed but feel there should be better communication between the office and their front line employees, and between the office and their customers.
