I love the work Gerri Bullock did for my wedding. My dress started off a little big, but she sized it perfectly and added the connectors for someone to put my train up after my wedding. She did an awesome job!!!! I now use her for all my tailoring needs

I’ve always heard Puritan was the best in the business. I was made a believer and a regular customer after I was the victim of an apartment fire. I dropped off several items that had smoke damage and smell and I didn’t think it was possible for them to be recovered. Puritan hit the mark and then some. Sentimental personal items that I thought were destroyed forever came back looking brand new and smelled fresh. Puritan is truly the best in the business and I am forever grateful.

Gerri Bullock, the Tailor for Puritan Cleaners located on North Parham Rd has done several alterations for our family. She does excellent work. Gerri also provides great customer service as demonstrated by the following example. There was a miscommunication in when we wanted an alteration to be completed. Although, the date was later than expected, Gerri did not charge us for the service. I would highly recommend Gerri as a Tailor.

Upon entering the Tailor section, Gerri , the Tailor, greeted me friendly! She discussed my dilemma with my son's back pack and we problem solved a solution. My son and I were both happy with the results! And saved me the cost of buying another backpack! She listened well, gave 2 options, gave me the ideal solution, and fixed it beautifully!! I definitely go back to her again for my Tailor needs!!

We use the pick up/delivery service and it is such an added convenience! Our sales manager David is alway prompt and consistent. Prices are a little higher than some other places but it is worth it for the convenience

Pick-up and delivery saves me so much time. The service is prompt and accurate. Mike is super thoughtful. Mike makes sure an extra garbage bag is over the clothes on rainy days and he even left a dog biscuit for my dog. Great service, excellent dry cleaning.

BEWARE I trusted them with 2 of my 600 dollar suits and they have ruined them! The ironing is wrong and the pants didn't sit correctly.... This place is a good washer alternative but is not a professional dry cleaning establishment, they have little to no understanding of suites.

My wife and I have been long time customers of PC (about 18 yrs). PC consistently does a professional job. Currently our inter-action has frequently been with Christina and Mike (Mikes there some of the time). Christina is always helpful and friendly and quick to help with any issue. Mike is also helpful and friendly and goes out of his way. Both strive to provide the best service possible. Employees like these are one of the main reasons we keep going to PC. Twice now I’ve gone in to this Parham location for alteration needs, along with my typical dry cleaning. Both times I’ve been greeted by their seamstress, Gerri, with a smile and very quick and knowledgeable solution. Thank you. From helping my 13-year-old daughter feel ladylike and ready to sing in her Tuckahoe Middle School formal Select Chorus dress that needed a hem that could be lengthened later after a growth spurt to a quick on the spot fancy, metallic fabric mend, your thoughtfulness and appreciation for nice clothing and the people wearing them is a delight. Keep up the great work and charming customer service!

Though I don't recall being at this location for servicing my clothing, I have had a special cape made for my daughter's Honor Star crowning ceremony earlier this month. The event was very special and the cape and accompanying seat drape that Ms. Gerri made were very fitting in more ways than one (my daughter is petite, but had no issues wearing her cape and the seat drape stayed put through her being seated numerous times). So, I highly recommend Ms. Gerri's tailoring/altering at Puritan Cleaners. I know her personally and she is just as fun and warming as is the fruit of her hands/labors! I will keep this location in mind for future reference.

Dropped off bedding on Monday. Never heard from them so I called on Saturday and was told it had been ready for a few days. They usually contact people via email and didn't even have mine although I provided it. When I picked it up, there was no manager or owner present to speak with.
