My carpet looked good except the high traffic area, which was the area that I was most concerned about. A large portion of the carpet had been covered by an area rug so wasn't bad. After the cleaning there were a few little spots still showing in the high traffic area. I asked the technician if they would be able to get the spots out and he said no. After they left I sprayed Folex on the spots and they immediately came out. No scrubbing no extra arm work just a little spot treatment. I got the same results with the little rental machine from home depot so I can not recommend them over any other company I have used. I would say try them for yourself. They were very nice and I really wanted to love them based on their high reviews.

One Stop All Cleaning Solutions cleaned my house from top to bottom. The floors were sparkly clean, kitchen pristine, bathrooms looked brand-new. I was extremely pleased with the quality, speed and professionalism! A manager from One Stop All Cleaning Solutions first came out to my house to walk through it with me and provide a cleaning estimate. He asked me all about my cleaning preferences, including allergens, so it really was a customized cleaning service. Then we set up a date for the first cleaning service. When that date came, the house cleaner was prompt, cheerful, and professional. She asked me to walk her through the house briefly and comment on the areas that need extra attention. I felt comfortable with her and trusted her to do the job even with me out of the house. When I returned, my house looked amazing and she paid special attention to all the areas I asked her to prioritize. Even the inside of the microwave was spotless! I was very pleased and am looking forward to using this provider again!

Move-out house cleaning as well as carpet cleaning of 1400-2000 square feet. Overall-Excellent Price-Fair Quality-Good Responsiveness-Excellent Punctuality-Excellent Professionalism-Excellent One Stop was recommended by the property manager at Greg Garrett Property Management. I was forwarded the contact information and Carol the office manager at One Stop immediately contacted me to determine what services I was looking for. The lady who performed the cleaning arrived within the 2-hour window that was promised and stayed for approximately 2 hours. The gentleman (with a trainee) arrived just before the cleaning lady left and stayed approximately 1.5 hours to clean the carpet. The total time they were in the home was approximately 3 hours. They offered a military discount which was greatly appreciated. Carol called to confirm I was happy with the services provided and called back again after the home inspection to see how it went. The Greg Garrett Property manager seemed pleased with the work they performed. Approximate price for work performed - $400

We found this company literally by accident and we couldn't be happier. They come to your house to start with. You meet your team and walk them through your house. They don't just clean your house, they clean your house the way you want it. They can use their cleaners or yours. They walked through the house and asked me what was important. What did I want cleaned every time? How did I want things done and with what. What to do, what not to do. It was very thorough. Then my team showed up again for the first time while I was home and scheduled a little extra time to go through the house while I was there. This way we could talk about things some more and make sure everything was done the way that I wanted. Now they come once a week for their regular cleaning duties, and we come home to a fresh house! If I want something done out of the ordinary I can just send an email or leave a note and it gets done! It hasn't been absolutely perfect every time, but we are learning each other, and they have made it right. Everything I asked about or had questions or wasn't completely happy, they fixed it or made it right. It's been really nice. We have very open communication and I don't feel apprehensive about talking to them at all about something that was done. They have always thanked me for letting them know, and fixed it. That's what I really wanted, because I'm picky. I didn't want someone to take it personally. They don't, they just want to make sure that you're happy and that they are building a relationship of trust. It's just been great. Overall they do a great job and the prices are REALLY reasonable. If you're thinking about a cleaning service and have been shocked at the big companies prices like I was, I'd say give them a call. You have nothing to loose but your time. They really do aim to please!

I'm the resident property manager at Jack Rabbit Storage in Williamsburg. So I live onsite. We had them clean the carpets in the office and in my apartment. The gentleman, I think his name was Brandon, was very professional and kind. Jack Rabbit is very big on cleanliness, from our office to our property and units. One Stop Cleaning did an outstanding job. Not only are the carpets clean looking, they smell fresh and are softer to walk on. 3 days later they still have the lines in them. Our carpets look new.

I went to Angie's List first, then read the reviews of One Stop Cleaning and thought "too good to be true!" Well, let me say that the reviews were spot on!! Leo arrived on time, dressed nicely, smiling and ready to work. He explained the whole process, worked diligently, cleaned thoroughly, moved what had to be moved and did a fantastic job. It was not only a pleasure to meet him but a pleasure to have him clean the carpets. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate for one minute to recommend the company. Might I add, Carol in the office is friendly and efficient and a joy to talk to. She set up the appointment, gave an estimate and followed through with reminders and then calls after the work was done to be sure that I was satisfied. I wanted to surprise my wife by having the carpets cleaned while she was on a short trip. I really only wanted to do one room but they had a 3-room deal. I wish I had done the whole house. Leo showed up exactly on time, told me what would be done, how long it would take and then immediately went to work. They were done in a very short order and took great care to ensure they didn't damage any furniture or corners, etc. Their work was fantastic! I'm definitely calling them back to complete the house. These 20-year old carpets look like new and my wife is thoroughly pleased!

My feelings are mixed. It was easy to schedule an in-home visit for quote and everyone I spoke to was kind. I was frustrated by a lack of clear communication- different personnel telling me different things. Given a 1-hour window of arrival time and found myself waiting almost 2 hours before I was informed I could leave a key and head to work instead of waiting around. Carpet cleaner came after scheduled time. I’m aggravated, but they apologized repeatedly. I may consider using them again, but I’m not totally sold. Edit: I received a call 2 days after my 3 star experience and they made things right. I received a reasonable discount for my troubles and they were extremely apologetic and listened to my tales of woe. I really appreciate it and that’s 5 star service in my book.
