Called Ms Perfection for a move out clean of my townhouse in Virginia Beach and was absolutely astonished at the high quality detailed service provided by a team of two ladies who were eager to impress. They even asked me to look around before leaving to make sure I was happy! I was more than happy to begin a monthly contract for my new home (which was surprisingly well within my budget. Beware! The worst service ever. The first day we scheduled the ladies showed up late, she said she got lost. When I called back to schedule my second cleaning, we set up a time between 1-2pm on 4/11/14. On 4/9/14 a rude lady called and said she would be there at 8:30 am not the original time we set up. I called to let her know that 8:30 was not a good time because of class conflicts and requested a new time on Monday. She said she had between 10-11, at about 10:50 on that day she called to say she was 45 mins behind and could not guarantee she could be there. Keep in mind the appointment was for 10-11. So at this, point we just rescheduled again for Thurs at 4 pm. She was a no call no show. When I called Living Social to complain, after contacting the lady they emailed my back and told me she said I cancelled on her. She blatantly lied.

They didn't do what I paid for then charged me more to come back and fix the problem. They also had an attitude because I complained about their work.

Called to inquire about a move out clean and was told it would be $175 for a 3 bed/2 bath home. They showed up on time on the appointed day but refused to do the cleaning because there were still a few items left in the master closet and bathroom. Rescheduled for later that day after those items were removed. They called and said that the original quote would not be enough and increased it to $250. My husband went over to the house after the cleaning was done and found several things not to our liking. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was still dirty, the laundry room floor and shelf were dirty. I emailed the owner the pictures and she sent her team back out. When I went back over again under the sink was cleaned but the other two weren't. She also did the same to a friend. Charged her more after doing the cleaning after rescheduling several times. Do not recommend this cleaning service at all!!!

I purchased a Living Social voucher for Ms. Perfection for 2 2hr cleanings. I scheduled the service to begin at 0800-0830 on Saturday. By 0850, no one had arrived and I emailed Ms. Perfection to let them know (all of our interactions had been by email to this point). By 1230, I had not received a reply and no one showed. I emailed Ms. Perfection again to provide feedback about my awful experience. I'm extremely disappointed in this lack of customer service and requested a refund through Living Social.

A little over a year ago I bought two cleanings through Living Social. Best purchase ever! My house had been neglected over several years while we were caring for my terminally ill husband. I had never used a house cleaning service and was embarrassed to have someone come in to help. Brenda and her cleaning specialist made me very comfortable about coming into my home. It has taken a long time and a lot of assistance from Ms. Perfection but my house is back in shape and comfortable. My family trust and are grateful to Brenda and her angels. We almost never cross paths but she feels like a friend. No one but a true friend would take care of me like she and her staff have. My mom lives in Northern Virginia and while visiting she met Brenda and her crew. Mom is always asking if I can possible ship Brenda to her. I can't imagine anyone giving a bad review. Perhaps they used a different Ms. Perfection. She has always worked around my schedule and has never complained about my requesting specific areas of cleaning. This is my first experience with a professional cleaning service and do not have any plans for changing. Thank you Brenda, you have been a blessing through hard times and good times!

Deep clean, excellent work, and short notice! I contacted Ms Perfection with little notice on needing my house cleaned. Two ladies came out, on a Sunday, and deep cleaned my three-story, five bedroom, 2.5 bath, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They bleached tubs and toilets, they dusted exterior and interior cabinets and the window blinds! The house hadn't been lived in for over 2 years and they made it look squeaky clean! I have used Ms Perfection before on my 2 BD/2BA apartment and knew I would be calling them again before I moved into my new home.

I bought the Groupon for a 2 man hour cleaning service. I left a voice mail to schedule and received no call back, a second voice mail and a rude woman returned my call and we scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment I sat at my house until a half an hour past the end time of the window, no call to let me know they would be late. Nothing. I called and left yet another voice mail and 2 hours past the appointment window ended the same rude woman called me back, I was busy and didn't answer, she left a voice mail, and when I didn't return the call she had the audacity to call again and leave another voice mail talking about the value of both of out time. I returned her call and she told me someone would be at my house between noon and 2... The current time was 12:30, and my original slot had been 8-10. I told her that I had contacted groupon and would be getting a refund. She got angry with me as if I had done something wrong.
