Utilized another company locally who changed ownership and was highly dissapointed, was skeptical of enlisting another cleaning service, but Merry Maids restored my faith! They work quickly and efficiently, and provide the detail in cleanliness that meets my expectations. Their finishing touches are a sweet add on, and our home always feels new after their services have been provided. I would highly reccomend, and believe their pricing is fair and reasonable. I enjoy their flexibility with having 'on call' rooms, and their additional services such as having your refrigerator cleaned. Their staff is friendly and mindful, always asking if i want to check the home before they leave. I truly appreciate having Merry Maids service my home.

We have been using Merry Maids for about a month now and love the service. The folks who have been to our home treat it with respect and care as if it were their own. I've only had one incident where a room was forgotten to be cleaned but with one phone call they came right back out and completed the job with no complaints, only apologies. The quote process was so easy, a representative came to my home and listened to what I needed then customized my cleaning package to fit it perfectly. We couldn't be happier that we finally got this service as it has made our busy lives so much easier.

Two employees cleaned my home in a timely manner. My hardwood floors were very clean and looked great. Only 4 stars because they did not clean the glass hood above the cooking surface and didn't touch the two sofas in the great room. The sofas should have been vacuumed during this cleaning. It was obvious they were not as the pillows were still askew and the quilt on the seat of one of the sofas was not folded or straightened.

Merry Maids provided efficient and friendly service in cleaning our small house. Everything gleamed and smelled wonderful! The cleaning staff were careful in what they did, but they didn't dawdle. My wife and I, busy in our own jobs, could not have done a comparable job in the same amount of time at the reasonable cost of this service. The operations manager also came by during the service to make certain things were going as they ought. I would highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone.

Merry Maids in general do a good job. In fact, I've used them for my mother in PA for years now and they are fabulous. I was with Merry Maids several years ago but had to stop the service for financial reasons. When I could resume regular cleaning services, I contacted them for a new estimate and was VERY pleased to find they had added a Monthly option. So I have them come once a month. Patti is my regular lady (sometimes she has someone with her, sometimes not). She's just amazing and does such a good job. She comes in, greets my dog (who tries to convince her he's terribly neglected and oh please love me). She gets the boys' bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned (no small feat!) and manages to make my house NOT look like I have four cats and a dog and two kids. This is amazing work and I love her and hope she continues to have me on her schedule forever. :)

I recently had my first Merry Maids service in a high-traffic house that's a magnet for dirt -- no paved roads in my hood + mineral deposits from well water + lots of cobwebs due to high bug population in this area. The maids did a spectacular job! Their attention to detail was impeccable (they even dusted our plants!) and they followed all my instructions to a T. They were also super courteous and accommodating, patiently working around both my meeting schedule AND my super licky dog. :) This house looks brand-new. Highly recommend!

The house is always so fresh and clean when they are done and we love the way they pay special attention to certain rooms in rotation to keep everything sparkling clean. I happen to lack in the skill of organization and Katherine always has the most amazing way of making all my junk look NEAT and organized which is just above and beyond and such a NICE touch! Very detailed which is ever so noticeable. I was having a baby shower and needed to change my cleaning day and they were ever so accommodating even though they were super busy. If you don't want to frantically worry about having your house clean for guests or even just yourself, Merry Maids are/is the TICKET! I love to come home and see the card saying "RELAX IT'S DONE" and just SMILE and inhale the deep CLEAN. AHHHHHHHHHHH yes, RELAXXXXXXXX IT'S DONE!!!! (such a fitting motto)

This office is very responsive to requests and accommodates you whenever possible. Like any maid service, it goes through some periods of turnover, but the training process is thorough (I should know; I worked there for almost 3 years!) So you get a pretty consistent clean no matter who comes. When I decided to get a cleaning company, I chose Merry Maids because of this, their free "fix it" if you ever have a problem with the cleaning, and the only thing that made my husband comfortable --every maid there goes through a real background check so you know it's good people coming into your home. I would give up a lot of things before I give up my cleaning services. It's a huge weight off of the household burden.
