We used Merry Maids as our housecleaning service for the 16 years we lived in Falls Church. The front office staff was always accommodating to special requests and attentive to our few complaints. They communicated any schedule changes well in advance whenever possible. The cleaning teams were courteous and quick, and accommodated special requests. We are now using the Merry Maid franchise in our new location.

One star for low value. We used the Vienna Merry Maids for a once time use. They charged $336 to clean 4 rooms and two bathrooms, which were fairly clean when they arrived. We were told that they would move to other rooms when they finished the 4 rooms and they did not. Overall my house looked slightly better than when I left, however we were greatly disappointed in the poor efficiency and high cost.

We've used marry maids for about a year now and have never had any issues with them. They are always on time and when it came time for us to move out we naturally trusted them to do our move out cleaning for the new buyers. We've been using Merry Maids since about 2012-2013, for a small office space. They are prompt, usually very thorough, and quite reasonably priced. The maids vary, sometimes you get the same crew for a few weeks in a row, and that is always preferable. Some teams (usually come out in a team of 2) do a better job than others, but I have never been disappointed with the work done. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Great service! They did a wonderful job cleaning the entire house and very happy with how it looks. I have two pets and they did a terrific job getting up the dog and cat hair and love how they cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms.
