We've used American Steam for a while now and they always do an amazing job! We have a house of pets and kids, but when they leave the carpet looks brand new. Brian was very friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. He explained the process very thoroughly and went over all areas of the carpets before beginning the job. We had some set-in stains that we were not sure would come out, which we knew going in, but lo and behold they came out! Our home has a fresh new look with clean carpets! Brian even called to check to make sure we were satisfied.... would definitely recommend this company!
