My son is a college student. I contacted Chem Dry to clean his carpet and couch while I was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Malcolm did an excellent job cleaning the numerous spots in the carpet! He was very professional as well. I will definitely keep them in mind for future carpet cleanings.

My wife spilled candle wax with soot in it all over brand new carpet and we tried to get it out ourselves using Resolve. We couldn't get the soot out. Big black spot in the middle of our family room. They came and got it out in no time. The gentleman doing the work was very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing intelligently and sold me a can of their stain remover for future accidents. Thank you all very much. I have a happy wife tonight.

I have been a fan of Absolute Chem-Dry for years. I'm a Realtor and recommend them all the time. They've removed stains that other companies couldn't even put a ding in. I just used a can of their aerosol the other day to take stains out of home just before closing that were left behind after the seller had already had someone else in to clean - worked like a charm. I always have a can and call it 'liquid gold'. The company on Build America Drive also owns a flooring business and they are really good about being able to come to homes and figure out if the person needs just a cleaning or the carpet replaced. They give good advice and do a great job. The cleaning procedure that they use is like a foaming dry-clean - much different than the soaking that other companies do and leaves the carpet really clean smellling instead of smelling like a wet dog.
