The Maids have been an amazing service for me for close to thirty years and in four different homes in the South Shore. Their cleaning has been stellar. They arrive when they say they will. Scheduling has always been easy. Nothing has ever been "lost". I have nothing to to say but positive remarks and I recommend them highly. Whats also very nice is that because they are a team, they are in and out quickly which is fabulous. While the team does not always speak English, it has not been a problem because they have varied special instructions in their file for each particular home. Thank you Kevin and Jamie. It has been a great run.

I strongly do not recommend! I was quoted a price over the phone and then asked to pay double at the time of service. They showed up two hours late. I specifically asked for my kitchen cabinets to be cleaned and they were not. I was told they would do a deep clean and found many things were not cleaned at all. Do not use this company!

This service is terrific! My father is in his eighties and has been alone for over twenty years. Gradually he has been able to do less and less around the house. Cumulatively, his home was a wreck...as hard as he tried to maintain it. He refused help, and it was a tricky situation to deal with. It is such a personal situation! I spoke to Brian about my dad's situation. Not only was Brian understanding, he delivered. My dad's home was cleaned today. Dad shared that the team worked very hard with no break. He said the results were wonderful. They did everything. they did not miss a spot. The supervisor kept careful track of the job and chipped in on the work. He could not be more pleased! I gave Brian a call to share that my father was highly impressed and to thank him for the work, a very tough job, well done. I was immediately told that it was their pleasure. They love the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. It makes their day. Brian's response was immediate and from the heart. He made ME feel great.
