I have used the Maids for a couple years so far and they have done an exemplary job. They are large enough to always have a crew and everyone I've had in my home has done a wonderful job and their best to please. If I have an area I'd like extra attention to they always surpass my expectations. They've held to their quotes and weekly price something refreshing in today's "milk you for every dollar" society. I highly recommend the Maids to anyone looking.

I love having The Maids service. It's not easy being unable to do things for myself like I use to do. Cleaning is almost an impossible task for me. I checked around to see about cleaning services and found out about The Maids. I have never been disappointed! The team does such an excellent job. Efficient, thorough cleaning. Everything from dusting to beds being made. Floors scrubbed by hand. Bathrooms & kitchen left sparkling!! I've never been able to make my sink sparkle - looks great! The team is friendly and bring smiles and good aura's. I love the little extras like the folded points on the toweling dispenser and bathroom rolls. They should make the scent they use available for purchasing!

I just celebrated the four year anniversary of The Maids cleaning our home on a regular basis. I have them out twice a month. The team is always on time, pleasant, and they do a very nice job. On the rare occasion that something needs re-touched, The Maids will do what it takes to make things right. I would highly recommend The Maids of Southern NH to others in the area.

Very expensive for very mediocre service. After $300, I still have to do the cleaning again myself, because so many areas were ignored or done inadequately. Supposedly they were supposed to return and do things correctly after I expressed my dissatisfaction, but they did not. Would not recommend.

Upfront, I will say that the cleaning was fabulous. However, $1000 to get my home cleaned?!? Seriously, not that dirty. I have neighbors with similar sized houses, that were paying $500-$600 to get their home cleaned. I absolutely understand the costs associated with being a franchised business, but how long do you expect to stay around if you are charging $400-$500 MORE than your competitors?

This service is terrible !!! Hired them to clean home before I moved in. Regardless of the fact I had to change carpet it wasn’t vacuumed. Oven was dirty. Fridge wasn’t clean. They were suppose to clean kitchen cupboards. That was done poorly. Trash was still under bathroom sink cabinet. Disappointed. So here I am cleaning up how it was supposed to be done today Sunday before I move in. Never again.

I've been using The Maids for a number of years and have always been so impressed with just how clean my house is when they leave! The crews are wonderful and hard working. I work from home so it's really important for me to have a clean house but not have someone cleaning for a long time. The Maids come in, get the job done and leave my house sparkling! Love them!

Efficient, professional, pleasant, thorough. Couldn't be happier. Exactly what I wanted and a little bit more. They even cleaned areas I told them weren't necessary; they were nice to my cat and pleasant to talk to, skilled at their jobs and the pricing is reasonable (even below the quoted estimate). I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services. It's like having a brand new apartment! Really very pleased.

We LOVE the Maids! We tried other, less expensive professional services and the old saying is true.. You get what you pay for! The Maids are not exorbitantly expensive and worth every penny! I love coming home after the Maids have been here, the house smells great and there are special little touches that make all the difference. Sometimes I have left a ribbon on my bureau, just left over from something and the Maids have tied it around a vase or jar, just for fun. They always leave a card with a thank you. Much appreciated! The Maids are very professional and their attention to detail is impeccable. I highly recommend them! By the way, we have our house cleaned every third week since it is just my Husband and me here. I never realized how much of a difference it would make, just having the Maids come in and dust, vacuum, scrub and wash. I look forward to every cleaning! Robin

I've had bi-weekly service for several years now. I love my team, and I recently figured out just how much! I had to cancel an appointment when my son was sick and then Mother Nature cancelled the next appointment with a snowstorm! Well, my team showed up today and my house is finally back in order... just in the nick of time for a party I'm hosting this Saturday! Thank you to Theresa, Kristen and Holly. You girls rock! And I now see what happens when I have to live without you and I don't like it one bit. :-)

May sound corny...but this holiday season I am giving thanks for The Maids! This week a team of professional friendly cleaners from The Maids transformed our home by washing floors, counters & woodwork, clearing ceilings webs, vacuuming dust bunnies and dirt from the floors, scrubbing to a shine my kitchen and bathroom tiles (yes, with toothbrushes!!). These woman were pleasant and professional in every contact I had from the front office which arranged the date to the farewell after the job was complete. Feeling very grateful for the gift of a comfortable clean place to gather with family & friends that these hard working women ensured for me this holiday season!

I tried so desperately to like them even after 6 + months of month after month calling them to remind them that I can't do the later afternoon scheduling and due to my children's schedule I needed to do the early-morning scheduling. Little things were missed here and there but I over looked it. From a cost it got to the point where our cleanings were almost 400 a month and when I called today because yet again they scheduled me for the wrong time frame, I was told that monthly cleaning did not take preference only weekly and bi-weekly customers had preference. I guess spending that much money monthly doesn't mean as much as spending it once a week or twice per month. Never again!

Just had a so-called "moving out" clean - utterly pathetic. The maids tried to leave early, didn't empty any trash, didn't clean and sinks or vacuum inside wardrobes. Washing machine doors untouched. Could see no difference between before and after then they has the audacity to expect $400. Totally ridiculous. If this is the standard of service from this company then save yourself a fortune and do it yourself
