Sarah and Kelly are quite a team! When they came to our house for the first cleaning I thought it would take them at least two days, but they did a terrific job in four just hours! (It hadn’t been dusted for about four year, and the German Shepherd Seeing Eye Dog had left generous amounts of her fur EVERYWHERE !) They worked their butts off! They started working and did not stop until they were done. Their teamwork allowed them to accomplish the multitude of tasks without interfering with each other or duplicating the work, yet they didn’t miss a thing! Sarah cleaned the dining room rug so it looked like new; Kelly cleaned the stairs and treads like they have never looked before, even when we first moved in. They are truly a superb team and definitely deserve recognition by The Cleaning Authority for their superlative work!

Went for interview here, it’s a paper appplication than an interview at 9 a.m I heard Skip the interviewer on the phone crying he has no employees and tons of work!! Five candidates were supposed to show up I was the only one that showed up! I filled out my application and the interview was right after Skip was acting strange like he was anxious on drugs he kept sniffing and it didn’t appear he had a cold, so I fill the application out and go to the next room as instructed I sit down and he reads over my application, I filled it out honestly I had gotten an OUI fifteen years ago that’s right FIFTEEN years AGO!! Haven’t been in trouble since and he says well I’ll tell you right now I’m not hiring you your a disgrace I said excuse me he said ‘yes you have an Oui’ I said yes but that was 15 years ago he said it didn’t matter I said this is discrimination as it’s a cleaning job to begin with, I don’t even drink alcohol anymore this was when I was a minor that I even got the OUI he was very rude, telling me I’m disgraceful for getting an OUI when I was a kid???? I’m 33 years old that was not it I said well since your not hiring me I need my application back with my birthdate and social security number on it the guy stands up and fights me for it!!! He gauges my hand and arm with either a pen or his finger nails, just to get the application back from me. I can not believe the treatment at an interview I have never seen any behave in such a manner!!!!!!! His violent tendencies and pre conceived notions of someone who had an OUI as a minor even!! Discrimination at its finest! Now we all know why they have no employees they have this vagina in charge of hiring. I’ve been a manager and was in charge of hiring never would I treat any applicant in this manner unbelieveable!! I have a huge scratch from my wrist to my hand and he tore my application which I fought to get back he was so determined to keep my personal information The Cleaning Authority are indeed running a scam!!! Trying to steal applicants personal information at whatever cost

Wish I could give no stars, different cleaning teams all the Time, the cleaners smell like cigarettes, they leave cleaning supplies at my house, they dust stuff only they feel like dusting. Very unprofessional and under trained. Heard there is a fast turnover rate and that the owners skip and Laurie are not caring to there customers and especially their cleaners, heard they have sexual relations with there cleaner so definitely would not want skip or Laurie in my home again or there what sounds to be over worked and under appreciated workers... found all this out but just being home while they were here cleaning, you can hear the to workers talk about the poor condition of the job. Plus if you want your house actually cleaned hire a real cleaning company, noticed that this is just a surface cleaning company they don’t do serious cleaning and they’re only allowed to spend an hour in your house, even a 5 bedroom 4 bath house of that size, ridiculous .
