I couldn't be happier with the service. The first person I spoke with helped me to do some troubleshooting in case it was a quick fix. When it was not, he sent Frank out that afternoon who was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the problem, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it and asked what time he could return the next day to install the part. He came back as scheduled and completed the project as described. Great service!

I was having some trouble with my septic so I called p&p to ask questions about pricing and the manager got defensive and unprofessional when I mentioned other companies pricing. I ended up going to another company with better pricing and better customer services skills.

Very disappointed. I don't like leaving a bad review, but my experience has been so bad that I feel forced to warn others. They made some terrible decisions, had poor follow through, and didn't seem to care. Not a good combination of attributes. There ARE some staff members who seem to care, but not enough of them. If you have a choice, go with an other company.

The job took one half hour. When I went to ask about the pricing, I was told there is a service fee for showing up, and an additional fee if they have to do anything. I was charged for an hour a half for $225. If the management company of this condo did not call this company, I would certainly NOT use them. OVERPRICED!

The gentlemen on the phone was rather concerned with whether or not he would get his check, and was generally not pleasant to me. However they did come and fix the plumbing, but the price was rather high.

Horrible experience. I had the main clogged with water seeping over the pipe. The workman came and needed something to put the stuff out of the pipe into. So, I had to empty my garbage container, so he had something to use. He proceeded to bounce up the cellar steps and through the house spilling wastewater on my rugs. He also wanted to drive on my back yard which left tire tracks; he almost ran over my dog. I called the company and was told they would refund my money because of the bad experience. I never received a check and called again and was told that there would be no refund and everything the serviceman did was within protocols. DO NOT USE THEM. I had to call Roto Rooter the next day because the P&P serviceman did not bother to clean the area of the sewage. Roto Rooter was great, fair and honest.

Horrible Customer experience from Travis Pratt - Operations Manager at P&P. We got a quote for work in which new electrical wiring was needed for a pump and floater system. The large $$$ value was provided in the range from $2.5k to $3.5k with no itemization of the work. When asked for itemized numbers associated with the cost provided P&P noted that they would not be interested in doing the work. It is definitely questionable business with this type of approach

I will never use p&p septic again and I hope if you read this you will not either! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager was so rude to my family. I called to get a breakdown of my bill and he went off on me. We were left feeling helpless with no understanding of what we were paying for.

Had a very good experience with P&P this morning - considering the circumstances. They arrived when they said they would, pumped the tank, identified the additional problem, explained the cost and procedure to fix it and did the job. Efficient, personable, experienced and obviously knew what they were doing. We've used them for over 20 years for septic tank maintenance and repairs and will continue to do so.

Completely incompetent organization as a whole. Scheduled a service call for a Tuesday then received a call from my wife on Monday letting me know the tech was there. Then after being completely vague with my wife the tech was gone in 15 minutes. He left a $200 invoice without resolving the issue, all while showing up on the wrong day. When I called the main office back to understand what happened the operations manager and customer service team had no customer service skills, no empathy and completely unwilling to do what needed to be done in order to right the situation. Completely dissatisfied customer who will no longer use or refer P&P Septic.
