As I said, you people might be there for 3&1/2 hour but they did nothing. I trusted the professional as I was away and you are offering me $75 after looking at all the pictures I send to you. Whatever I pay to your company is a donation from me as nothing was done and why would I call you for re-cleaning after I clean it by myself. This is what I told you when I called you and even in the email I send. You told my realtor that you wouldn’t charge me until you hear from me but when I told you that nothing has been done, you process the payment and told me to email you the pictures. I had them clean my house before placing my house for sale but they did such a terrible work. Nothing was clean and they told me that their people where at my house for 3 hours. While I book them, they told me that $345 for inside-out detail cleaning and after I send them the pictures of the house, they told me that they wouldn’t do the walls, that’s fine but what about doing anything at all, at least the floor would have been clean and I wouldn’t complain about it. People are good to talk with but their work is very unprofessional. I had to drive from Pennsylvania to get the house clean as they just charge me for getting to my house. I gave them the lockbox # to open the door as I had already moved. Now I don’t believe any company with the rating as this company has almost 5 and their work is a shame to even call a professional cleaner.

Brett came by and did an assessment of the situation, and then Tina and Chelsea came a week later and did the deep clean. They did an amazing job and I am truly pleased. It's so nice to have a clean house again. I have them on a once weekly schedule. Super service!

Molly Maid cleaning service is amazing!! What a great feeling to come home to sparkling floors, a clean bathroom and, the best thing.... no pet hair anywhere!!! They even cleaned under furniture and took the cushions off the couch, overstuffed chair and loveseat and vacummed everything! The owners are hard working, concientious, attentive, to detail and will take special cleaning requests. The maids are responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. Once you try them out, you will be hiring them back! Well worth the price and convenience!

Lots promised, not much delivered. As reported in a previous review, the owner and customer service personnel are extremely pleasant and promise to re-clean or give 10% off, but at the end of the day the quality of the cleaning isn't worth doing it again nor is it worth 10% off which ultimately relates to about twenty bucks. For a $400 whole house deep clean I expected much more, especially since the owner promised much more. Not one rug was shaken out, the cobwebs in the ceiling fan were not touched, not one dustbunny behind a door was touched, the living room rug was 75% vacuumed b/c the vac popped a fuse and they lost power so instead of asking about it they left it and moved on. (On a side note, none of the windows were cleanedas promised by the owner and upon calling to complain about all of the other discrepancies I was told windows are not part of the package) the cleaners were nice enough but quite honestly did not seem as though they truly cared about doing a good job, it appeared to me as though they were going through the motions and doing just enough. At the conclusion of the cleaning one of them just randomly sat cross-legged in the middle of my hallway leaning up against the wall and wrote the final price on a small, ripped piece of paper and handed it to me from a sitting position, not what I would consider professional. I handed them a check and asked if they had everything they came with and they assured me they did so they left. The cleaning went an hour longer than expected and I was in a rush to leave so I briefly checked the house for quality and immediately realized that the crew had left approximately 10 microfiber towels some used some clean in various spots all over the house. They will make great car wash towels for me now. We will not be using the service again.

I hired Molly Maid for monthly cleaning service. It started with a deep clean for the first visit followed by a routine service the following month. The owner initially came out for the visit and quotation, and the services he indicated would be provided sounded exactly like the attention to detail that I was looking for. There was all the standard cleaning, but he mentioned that all blinds would be dusted and cleaned, our sliding glass doors would be cleaned, my couch would be vacuumed, my hardwood floors would be steam cleaned, and all light switches would be cleaned. These were little details that helped sell me on the commitment to cleaning. The reality is that the owner sold a service that simply is not what is being provided. In the deep clean, the routine items were wiped down pretty well, but my couch wasn't vacuumed, my glass sliding doors were very clearly not cleaned, and my hardwood floors were not steam cleaned or even mopped clean. One of the girls was very new at this point, so I decided to let it slide and give them one more chance. This was a mistake because my routine cleaning a month later was very disappointing. My house hadn't been cleaned in a month, yet somehow, the girls finished cleaning in under an hour (my house isn't a pigsty, but this short amount of time was awfully suspicious). When I went around looking at everything, not only had the same items as the deep clean been missed (no vacuuming of the couch, no cleaning glass sliders, and no steam cleaning / mopping of the hardwood floors), there were significant other misses. The blinds had not been dusted, the vacuuming in general was very suspect (solarium missed entirely), my kitchen sink still had food particles in it, my toilet still had rings in the bowl, my sinks had rings around the drain and small hairs in them, and my shower tub had pink soap scum around the edges. These are routine items that should be cleaned easily. I grabbed a wash cloth to see if they were extra tough stains, and I was literally able to get the soap scum up within 15 seconds, as well as the rings in the sink. There is a big difference between dragging a wash cloth over an area and actually cleaning it, and I am extremely disappointed in the results of the service I paid for. When I called to cancel future cleanings, the staff was very nice and offered to have someone come back and clean anything again for free. My issue with this suggestion is that to me, it seems pretty clear that the training of the cleaning staff is what is missing. Sending another round of new girls that are untrained on the advertised molly maid methods isn't going to fix the bigger issue, so I decided to simply take the sunk cost. Lastly, I do want to emphasize that the cleaning personnel and phone staff were pleasant in all of my interactions; they simply lacked the quality of service I was looking for. There are various cleaning teams, so I suggest to anyone looking to use Molly Maid to request one of the highly rated teams specifically mentioned in other reviews.
