Last year, my family had a going away party for my sister who was going to another city to attend college. It wasn't just our immediate family that was present at the party. Numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents were invited to the banquet. So in the aftermath of the partying and the eating, there was a large number of waste laying strewn across the floor. The task was too overwhelming for me and a couple others to complete, so I rung up Metro Maid services. The maid service was very effective and the large room was clean up in less than an hour! The carpet looked even better than before! I would highly recommend Metro Maids for a fast, effective clean up.

I use MetroMaids at least twice a semester since I live off campus now- sometimes I'll request an extra one or two cleanings if I deem it necessary. I've been using their services at least 6 times already and have only good things to say. Being a college student leaves me little free time much less clean my living space. MetroMaids has amazing rates for their top notch service. They are extremely punctual, respectful and do a thorough job in cleaning. I noticed one time that they had failed to clean the inside of my stove, and I called the company to report this. They showed up the next day to clean it. I would highly recommend this company! They are extremely professional and have great customer service.

Don't usually post reviews, but this was one of the best services I've ever encountered. After throwing a massive party, there was puke and alcohol everywhere. We were so hungover so we hired maid service. Honestly, I anticipated maybe 50% of the house being cleaned, but it was spotless when we returned. TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!! A+++++

Loved the online booking. Rosidalia did a great job cleaning the communal areas of a large 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It took her much longer than I anticipated but she was obviously much more thorough the other cleaning companies I have hired in the past. I didn't realize there wasn't a tipping option through the online appointment payment and I didn't have cash for her, which makes me feel terrible. I will definitely request her next month for our monthly cleaning.

When I went to school in Boston, I lived in a fraternity house and you can only imagine just how wild our weekends could be. at first it was bearable but shortly after, our house became one of those stereotypical "frat houses." Metro Maids got rid of all sloppy freshmen party evidence and made our house somewhat back to livable conditions. and thank goodness we were able to get our deposit back. it was like no one knew.

My husband always had a habit of applying ointment in the bathroom without being careful of where his ointment drips. Over the past few months, I've noticed that the ointment has actually been staining my tiles, turning them yellow. Thanks to Metro Maids, they came and cleaned my tiles and they look as new as before. I think I'll be using their service more often now to keep my tiles clean every so often.

The majority of these reviews look fake. Almost all the reviews are from 9 months ago. Common sense tells me they are review stuff on Google to get better rankings. They also list a company called "House Cleaning Boston" which is nothing more than keyword stuffing URL which auto redirects to MetroMaids. That is why I feel these reviews are fabricated or solicited. Their reviews on YELP are not nearly as positive.

I promised that before I left, I would leave the place spotless as a thank you for letting me stay. When it came time to pack and move all my stuff out, it got a little busy and decided to hire some house cleaners instead of doing it all by myself. A friend recommended this cleaning service to me because of it's affordability and professional service. I'm glad I called them because they really did a good job and I felt that I could return the favor to my friend. The cleaners did a really good job mopping and cleaning all the dust and grime that's accumulated and they even organized clutter and clothes lying around. It was in such good shape after it reminded us of our mother's houses. Great cleaning service and great price.

Metro Maids came in clutch after my sister decided to throw an after-prom party at my place. My loft was completely trashed when I came back--sticky floors and stains all over my rugs.
