Had to get my apartment cleaned before moving out, and Missy did an unbelievable job! She was super friendly, and our apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. Our landlord was pleasantly surprised (more like shocked) at how squeaky clean the place was.

I can not recommend Lime Maids enough, takes the stress of one more thing off the plate, I've never felt more relaxed in my own home after coming home to a newly cleaned place, (That I didn't have to clean on my own). If you're on the fence of whether or not go with a cleaning service, just do it. I only wish I had done it sooner.

I was not satisfied in my experience with Lime Maids at all. I had my apartment cleaned on 5/28/17. Unfortunately, none of my roommates nor I were present for the cleaning as we had all moved out of my apartment. One cleaner had called me stating that the apartment was "filthy" and "a mess", even though I know that the place was not that dirty. She then told me that I would have to pay $200 more to upgrade to the "deep clean" package, which I declined since I was already paying $224. I directed her to clean as much as she could in the time that she had. What I found quite unprofessional, and inappropriate, was that she then texted me asking for my TV in return for a better clean! My landlord just sent back my security deposit in which he states that she basically only wiped down the TOP of the stove, refrigerator, and nothing else on the first or second floors. I understand that the cleaner stated the place was filthy, but surely she could have at least touched the kitchen sink? or even done some of the cleaning upstairs for the $224 I paid? He even explicitly states that we got taken advantage of by this specific cleaner. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I was not present for the cleaning. EDIT: I spoke to the owner, Jasper, who was very professional and addressed all of my concerns. He even gave me a refund on my cleaning which was much appreciated. He reassured me that this was an isolated incident, and did not want me to feel like I was taken advantage of. He was very apologetic, and I appreciate him reaching out to me. I would definitely recommend Lime Maids!

I hired Lime Maids to clean my apartment when I moved out. The house looked great - including window sills, inside cabinets, refrigerator. I had checked off "deep clean" and "move out" on the form, and customer service informed me that "move out" included "deep clean", and refunded me the extra cost! Full disclosure: They've offered me a $20 coupon on my next cleaning in exchange for writing a review, but the 5 stars are my own rating, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband gave me a gift card for this business for Christmas. I saved it to get a cleaning before a party I had planned on 5/5. I booked over a week in advance for the Thursday before my party. Thursday morning, a woman from Lime Maids called me saying she couldn’t come clean my house because she was overbooked. I told her I would call the office and see about getting someone else to come, hopefully before my party. I called the office twice on Thursday and once on Friday. Finally, someone emailed me saying they would see about getting someone to my house before the party or give me a refund. No one called me or emailed me again. Today they charged me $96 in addition to the gift card and no one ever called me, let alone cleaned my house. I’m furious.

I found Lime Maids through Google and I'm so happy that I did! With a busy schedule of working and going to school full time...and a teen at home, I've had zero time to clean well. As a treat to myself, I decided to hire some help. It was the best gift to myself ever. Ever! I came home after a long night at clinical and my place was sparkling. I could feel the weight lifted from my shoulders for the first time in many months. The online booking and payment option is remarkable. I had attempted to contact another company that advertised its services and never heard back from them. When I then contacted Lime Maids through their website I heard back very quickly. They were prompt and efficient in scheduling the cleaning in my home, which they were able to fit me in within a day of contacting them. Gwen was punctual, arriving right on time and worked a solid 5-hours non-stop with tremendous results! The place had not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. However, after Gwen's great work the place looked immaculate! In fact, I received wonderful complements from friends who were amazed by the transformation. They can tailor their work to precisely how you want things cleaned and are very responsive to added cleaning requests "on the fly." They also contacted me later to make sure I was completely happy. Sometimes you just need to call in for backup... especially in the spring so if you're looking for backup and an extra pair of hands I highly, highly recommend considering Lime Maids! We called Lime maids SUPER last minute and they were able to squeeze our home in within 48 hours with Molly, who was absolutely AMAZING in every way. She really listened to my concerns with understanding and patience and paid close attention to places where I asked her to (without judgement! LOL!) We left for an hour while Molly cleaned to do grocery shopping and when we came home it was like we had a new house. We're not super messy people.... but man, sometimes you don't notice something needs to be cleaned until after it's cleaned! Out of sheer embarrassment I won't go into more detail! HAHA! I just had my first experience with Lime Maids and I am impressed. I have never used housekeeping before, preferring to do it myself, but an upcoming move had me under water with the packing and the decluttering, and I needed help. It was so wonderful! My Lime Maid was hard at work as soon as I got in from an appointment, cleaning things I hadn't thought to clean, and was hard at work until I left to pick up my preschooler. The house was so nice and fresh when we got home. It has never been so clean before! It was amazing how much she was able to clean during the time she was at the house.
