If you want an excellent vacuum and don’t mind spending a little more for top quality, this is the place to go! Both Roberto and Massimo know their product and matched the model with my needs. I even was able to trade in my old vacuum which was very fair. Their professionalism, service and patience was most appreciated. They go out of their way for their customers which is evinced by their long history in business.

I just moved into my new condo, and I must say there was so much dust from all the renovations. I went on the internet and found these guys who promised a free air quality test. The next afternoon they showed up with a laser particle counter and took a sample of the air quality in my home. I wasn't so surprised that the air was tested and turned out to be quite bad, cause I felt like it was getting hard to breathe. They offered me a couple different styles of systems to change the air quality, at first I was a little taken a back by the price, but the gentlemen who came over offered me a free room air cleaner (The Guardian Angel) great name if you ask me, if I bought the big one. I decided that my health was worth the money so I made the investment and put the smaller air cleaner in my room, and the bigger unit in the living room. 3 weeks later I'm breathing better and seeing less dust in the house.

I showed up at 6pm on a Monday to the store and it was closed. Google says it closes at 7, The sign on the door says it closes at 9. Huge waste of time, didn’t know I had to double check to see if they closed early or not!

I purchased a older home in Montreal and I decided I wanted to install a central vacuum. I went to the Montreal Home Show and looked at all the options, at the show I met the owner of Aerus (formerly known as Electrolux) and he impressed with his knowledge on the vacuum cleaner business and all the other competitors on the market, after looking at the other options I came back to his booth and said I was interested in his product and service. 3 months later I am ready to install the machine, so I called up Domenico and he told me that they would be able to install the central vac unit in 2 days, the installer came on time and within 4 hours was all done. I must say I was very impressed with their service and the vacuum cleaner works great... just like it did for my parents.

Il, le vendeur de tapis, vous harcèle régulièrement pour vous f...tre des accessoires. Au moment d'un défaut il N'Y A PERSONNE À VOUS RÉPONDRE. CE PRODUIT COÛTE LA PEAU DE FESSE, et un utilisateur est supposé d'avoir un service proportionnel au prix. Bref, c'est une m.... Fortement déconseillé, surtout la succursale en question.
