Between a scuff and scratches left on our stainless steel fridge, cracked trim on a 1 month old toaster, broken kitchen faucet, and stripped/scratched dinning room table (see pictures)… enough was enough. Sadly... they would never even offer to fix anything. They'd instead try to make us feel bad about talking about it to begin with. The before-last visit was the worst... once again a new team, and it felt as if the house was not cleaned AT ALL. Non-dusted furniture, pinkish corner in showers, dirty kitchen floors... to the point that we re-vacuumed an hour later. The franchisee once again gave us a ''song and dance'' about the new crew (down to 2 + Franchise Owner) was in training... and that the woman is... well... ''a woman'' (which we found very derogatory). The franchisee did offer to clean our house free of charge two weeks later to compensate... and then wrote us an email to tell us he is terminating his services. We communicated with Groupe Adele Plus' head-office simply to request a new franchisee. Les armoires de cuisines, la cuisine, les fenêtres, les calorifères, les portes, les plaintes/cadrages, etc n’ont pas été nettoyés. Les murs et plafonds ont été lavé très brièvement car on pouvait voir encore des coulis jaunâtres!.... Pour le prix payé (plus de 500$), c’est très très très frustrant comme qualité de service voir inacceptable!!!! Nous avons pu se faire rembourser une partie après obstinage avec le franchisé, mais je considère que le prix final payé (250$) pour ce service rendu ne vaut pas ça du tout! Bref, nous avons peut-être été malchanceux, mais nous sommes pas du tout satisfaits d’AdelePlus.
