Terrible cleaning, and terrible customer service. The company was completely unwilling to manage a complaint regarding services provided. They refused to come review their own work to see grounds for the complaint, refused to provide a new service provider, and the regional manager, Jason, was hostile in his "attempt" to resolve the problem. I cannot recommend them, which is unfortunate, as I know other cleaners that work for them have done a good job for the businesses they work for. But, given you cannot have a say in who you get, and given the fact that they clearly cannot resolve a customer complaint, I cannot recommend the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Besides the fact that the cleaning was very sub par, you will pay for it in the long run. Most weeks the cleaning lady that we had, would only remove the trash, vacuum, and mop the floor of our break room. Our work gets dusty, and you could tell where she would just dust around telephones and such if she actually did it. Most weeks she would completely skip one the areas that she was supposed to clean. There were times that she would show up after our shop closed on Monday, when she was supposed to have cleaned over the weekend. But the kicker......she left the water on over the weekend and flooded our shop. Caused well over $20,000 dollars in damage. And when we tried to file a claim, she lied to the insurance adjuster telling him that there were people in the shop at the time she cleaned and that we left the water on, when yet our shop is closed on the weekend and we had security logs showing that only one person entered on the weekend that our shop was flooded. This company is shady! And from trying to talk with the lady when she entered one time when she showed up late, I would not be surprised if they hire undocumented workers, because this lady could barely communicate. Word if mouth travels fast and you can guarantee that I will be letting everyone who uses cleaning businesses know not to use this company!

Skyline Solar has had other cleaning services, that were nothing but awful. The minute we switched to Vanguard Cleaning they have treated us with the best customer service. We are well taken care of and checked on. They are determined to give us the best service possible and that's just what we get! I highly recommend Vanguard.

Quality cleaning service. We have been using Vanguard to clean our 2 business locations since 2008. The level of service has been very satisfactory and if there ever was something we needed addressed differently (in our case it was changing the solution used to clean one of our wood floors), our request was honored the first time and has continued without reminder. Our account manager checks in with us regularly to make sure our needs are being met and the lady who cleans our offices is kind, professional, and trustworthy.
