Nice, reliable place to get a suit dry cleaned. They always meet deadlines. employees are friendly and ready help. My suits always look great upon pick-up. The location is convenient enough and the drive-thru is the way to go. Parking is limited. Access is fine.

My wife called them at 6:55 pm and told them she would be there in 5 minutes and asked if they could wait. They told her if she was there in 4 minutes they would be there, but would not be there in 5. Sure enough, 7:02 pm, Cleaning Cottage is closed. I guess they are not into "customer service".

very courteous staff, we dropped it off 2 large items a bit later than we should have, but asked if there was any way they could attempt to get them cleaned prior to the estimate - and here we are picking them up days ahead of schedule! I'm definitely going back the next time I need something dry cleaned

I take a variety of button down shirts here on a regular basis and they are always done right and on time. My shirts look brand new because they get dry cleaned here instead of getting beat up in my washer and dryer.

Honest, dependable, and great service. Never a bad experience at this shop. Always on time with cleaning and have been able to get me my clothes if I need them on a faster timeline. I've uknowingly left change in my pockets a few times and they've returned it all.
